      Everyone was very helpful! I was told very clearly what to expect in each new progression. It was stated clearly what was required of me and everyone was quick to follow up with any inquiries! I didn’t choose or create my font or cover but fell in love immediately with their choices for me!!

      Jace **** is a great author proposal and Karen ***** was great to work with on my 2nd book. Jace had recommended Karen and he was spot on accessing the situation with getting me connected with Karen. It was definitely easier the 2nd go around but that is also because I felt like I knew more what the process was. I recommend Xulon Press to everyone I know.

      While it was sometimes difficult to reach somebody right away, I always got answers to my questions and didn’t really have any surprises along the way. The book cover they produced was beautiful and very professional. and the editorial review that they gave was helpful. I was, however, a bit surprised at how much marketing I have to do on my own.

      I went through the process of self-publishing with Xulon Press and had my book published (Christian "Defined" by Gerald *******). The personnel that were assigned to support me were either novices or incompetent as I had to go through several iterations of correcting "their" mistakes to my manuscript. The money that was attributed to my account as royalties from sales was never paid to me. I worked for almost one year to get some results, but they delayed until the next annual renewal period when they wanted more money to continue the book for publishing. So I did not renew and they kept all of the money in my account. To keep them from getting more, I discontinued publishing of my book. Complete case of fraud.

      After completing my manuscript, I had no idea what the next step was. I know that God directed me to Xulon. From my first phone call to inquire about the packages, I had a great experience. Shelly **** assisted me and I will never forget how helpful she was. She was friendly and supportive. You could tell that she wanted to make the process easy. I felt complete peace with my decision to purchase my package. I only had one hiccup with my rep, Logan who I submitted my manuscript and then didn't hear back from him. My manuscript was just there for a month because I wasn't notified that I had a new rep. That was a little frustrating but God worked it out. I didn't get discouraged over the delay. I love working with my new reps, Jeannie Rosales, Priscilla Hernandez-Monroy and Heather *********** have been great. Their response time has been great and things quickly got back on track. I appreciate each one of them. They all had a part in making my book, which I know that God inspired, a reality. Great, Godly team! Exactly what I was looking for.
