    I paid my phone **** $49.95 the phone won't work when I tried to call somebody left a message for me stating that the **** card pretty much was no good in it, well its been working fine. So they send me a free SIM card. I get it 2 Days later we're just today Saturday August 2nd of 2022. I call them up to activate it, they tell me that it's the wrong SIM card that they won't send me another one so now I have to go and buy another plan with somebody else I'm trying to get my money back $49.95 like I said. I've called these people six times they hung up on me four times out of the six they asked me to give them verification I get my phone number pin I gave him the last four of my debit card still not good enough he still wants more they don't want to give me my money back. So now I'm not only out of 50 bucks but I had to spend another 80 to get the phone turned on. Something needs to be done about this thank you.

    The customer service absolutely SUCKS!!!!!!!!! They cannot understand you and you cannot understand them!!!They asked same questions over and over and never help!!!

    Terrible! Never shipped, they cancelled the order and took my money. Refusing to refund so contacting PayPal. Miserable service support. 0/5. Very bad experience. Bought for $115 then they repriced them at $150. Everyone at $150 got theirs. Nobody that bought $115 got theirs and Total Wireless refuse refunds. They knew they would never ship the phones. It's been almost a month! Yuck! Stay Away. Don't get ripped off like me! They delete bad reviews off there site.

    The most ineffective customer service I have ever experienced. I changed my payment information last month and they still charged the old account. I cannot get anyone to email a link to change my password. I am told repeatedly that a link has been sent to my email , but NONONO.
