    GREAT PRICE, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.Can't beat the price with the 4 line unlimited data plan (100 GB, then slows to 2G or 3G speeds - $100/month +taxes/fees, however on an auto refill that drops to $95. My total monthly cost varies between $103.49 to $103.97 - so basically $104. However, I have had problems with their customer service EVERY single time I have had to contact them (by ****** chat or call). English being a 2nd language to most of them. Got told the wrong information a couple of times. Got transferred to someone who was supposed to help, but was useless... The worst case was when an auto refill failed to occur when the 4 of us were on vacation. Total Wireless repeatedly said that the credit card declined the transaction. The credit card company said there was no charge even attempted - which matched my own investigation. So imagine being out of town when ************ lost service. There was no wifi where we were at the time this issue was discovered. Had to find someplace that had a landline or wifi available. Then spending something like 4 hours on the phone or chatting with their virtually worthless customer service personnel. Problem lfinally solved when they reprocessed the transaction - but I had to give the credit card info out to them over unsecured wifi chat - despite that information being on file with them and used for over a year! So buyer beware. Great voice quality and data speeds, but absolutely horrible customer service (much worse than the cable company).

    Theese con artists Sim carrier locked my byod iPhone that I bought from swappa 4 years ago. They Lied to me on Tuesday 8/30 and said it would be un locked in 2 days/48 hours (by Friday) and here it is Friday past the 2 day/48hr time and its still carrier locked to totalcrappywireless. Is it even legal to sim lock a prepaid phone especially one that is a byod that is owned out right? Fishy. Also beyond sick of theese companies outsourcing over seas and hiring incompetent individuals who couldnt tell you if a green light means go. Smh

    I have a father that is ailing and used his phone twice! They would not issue him a refund. They were combative, stating they could not provide me with a supervisor because they are highly qualified. It was deplorable!

    Stay away from all Tracphone subsidiaries!I have had a Straight Talk phone with the same number for a few years.Last night I bought a new iPhone which was a total wireless phone, and put my **** in it. Everything went smoothly, the phone worked fine, until around 3pm this afternoon. Now it is no longer activated! I just paid my bill 3 days ago! The **** also no longer works in my old phone! So, I popped the **** that came with the new iPhone, in the new iPhone, and called Total Wireless, to set up a new number. They charged the card $45...and low and behold...My brand new iPhone is BRICKED! And cannot be activated! What's even better is their service plans are non refundable...so it has to be disputed!On the phone with completely incompetent fools for 3 hours, spent over $500...and still don't have a working phone! My old phone that worked perfectly fine, now doesn't work!Avoid these charlitons like the plauge!

    Terrible company. Dont use them. Coverage is lousy, data is slow. I brought my own unlocked phone to their network and they locked it. When I didnt find out until I switched services and my phone wouldnt work. I called total and they said it would take two days to unlock MY phone. Complete ********, borderline criminal.

    When you leave total wireless, which you will eventually do, make sure to text NTP to ****** before your month is up. This will give you a Number Transfer Pin to allow you to transfer your phone number to your new carrier.BEWARE that if you fail to do this, they will hold your phone number HOSTAGE until you pay them for another month of service, and after you fork over $25 bucks for a month of non-refundable service you dont need will they give you that very important Number Transfer Pin that you cannot transfer your phone number without having. They will also keep you on the phone for at least 4-6 hours to get that special PIN number, but it wont be continuous. They will transfer you and hang up on you every 15 minutes or so, and you will have to start over with someone new from the very beginning every time.very similar treatment to porting your number to them when you make your first mistake, which is ever buying their service to begin with..run away and dont look back. The little bit you save by using them, isnt worth dealing with them.

    Horrible service and horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend. My phone will not work with out Wi-Fi. Im being charged for data and it does not work. Two days of calling support and I get no where. Ive been told I will receive a callback and no one calls. I call again and they tell me that I will receive a call shortly and no one calls me back. I will be switching and would not recommend that anyone used their service.

    This company gave me nothing but troubles. Ive spent no less than 50 hours in the past month on the phone with them and theyre even making it difficult for me to quit their program. I have been going back-and-forth in circles for hours and hours and hours. Their customer service agents just transfer you around and never fix anything. Once you think you have it fixed they give you a code to say that its fixed but then by the time you get to the place where you can import the code the code is no longer valid. They put you in circles and my phone didnt work correctly for even one second that I was on the line with them. It is the most troubling **************** Ive had in the past 25 years of owning a cell phone. I wouldnt recommend them to my very worst enemy. They act like theyre helping you but theyre really just putting you in circles for days. One half of a star would be waaayyyyy more than deserved. Worst experience with a cellphone carrier in my entire life.

    Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. If they cannot read their script then they transfer you to another operator and tell you that you are being transferred to someone that can help you. Each time the reason they cannot help you changes. Clueless operators and somehow it have become more horrific after ******* bought them

    Horrible customer service. Did not answer any questions asked. The rep was on repeat..."I'm sorry, I give you solution." The thing is she had no solution. When asked what exactly her solution was she repeated the same thing. When asked to speak with a supervisor she said no that she wasn't allowed to do that. Worst cell phone service ever. They don't deserve even one star
