5 starsGreat People/Business. Brevard Cooling and Heating (BC&H) replaced my AC unit and Air Handler three weeks ago. It has kept my house cool or cold steady since it was turned on. I was initially nervous about the unit size "Daikin 3.5 ton", since old Ruud unit was 4 ton. I now keep my thermostat 78 degrees, the old Ruud I normally had set at 70. I am expecting to see less electrical watts used monthly. I called five company's for estimates BC&H was the second lowest, but Eric's explanation of what I was receiving, letting me know about discounts I was eligible for and the 12/12 warranty sold me. West and will removed old units and replaced with new Daikin units which involved updating and changing the support structures, pipping and electrical connections. Both men answered all my questions about the units, placements, piping, electrical and new thermostat during and after the work was completed. I HIGHLY recommend Brevard Cooling and Heating for your AC needs.Review fromStephen P

5 starsSteve P. After getting 5 other estimates for a replacement A/C system Brevard Cooling and Heating was a first class company to do business with! The entire process was professional with no high pressure tactics. The price was reasonable for the product and services provided with 12 years parts and 12 years labor warranty. The other companies would only provide 10 years parts and labor. The A/C install was accomplished in one day and they even called the Building Permit inspection Dept. for us. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who needs a high quality A/C replacement!!Review fromRekha P

I got estimates from the top 5 HVAC Companies in Brevard for our AC Replacement, and Brevard Cooling & Heating blew the competition away with class, superior customer service, and unbeatable pricing. The office staff couldn't have been more helpful with my inconsistent work schedule from estimate to install. Once I was able to start the process, Eric couldn't have made the estimate any easier. He explained my old HVAC system in detail, and what options I had to replace it. No hard sell or hard close, no fear mongering to my elderly mother, and thank god no regurgitated selling script. He left me his cellphone number, estimate with model numbers, and included many items without nickel and dime-ing (surge protector, new copper, new condensate line, and duct sealing). They were the first company I called, the other 4 had either major price markups, hard close sales pitch, or just talked garbage about the competition and not about what they offer. Scheduling the install was a breeze (Only 1 day to remove old and install new), the office took care of permitting, and Eric was always 1 call away to answer any questions. Zach and Kyle did an amazing job with the install. They had no problem showing me how they install new units, and answered every question I had in detail with a smile (while working non stop in the heat). This is a company that isn't scared by competition, or being shopped around; they know their products, employees, and morals and stand by them. A true testament of what a business should be.
