5 starsMy husband and I were in a need of a new AC system. Contacted numerous companies for quotes. We settled on Brevard Cooling and Heating. Thank goodness. ***** and **** came at 8:30AM an d in 6 hours we had a whole new system. They worked very hard and explained the system to us as it was a bit different than our other one. They had to rip down platforms and build new ones. When they left,our yard and laundry room were spotless. We are so happy with the new system. We had a 3.5 ton Daikin FIT AC Unit installed by Brevard Cooling and Heating. We are very happy with it. Brevard Cooling was easy to work with and very professional throughout the entire process.

Installed complete new Daikin system 5/2/23 Reasonable price. Workers very professional and knowledgeable.
Today 7/15/23 in the morning, the new compressor is not turning on! So far we have called 2 x one hour apart and only got a voice mailbox. The house is now 83 degrees at 10:30 am and we are expecting record heat again. I hope somebody calls back soon and sends tech to fix this! I am amazed just 2 month and already compressor is not turning on!Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

IF YOU NEED A NEW A/C UNIT I SUGGEST YOU INTERVIEW SEVERAL COMPANIES BUT MAKE SURE BREVARD COOLING AND HEATING IS ONE OF THE COMPANIES. I RECENTLY FIRED MY OLD A/C COMPANY AFTER MANY YEARS BECAUSE WHEN I COMPARED TO BREVARD COOLING AND HEATING I REALIZED HOW MUCH BETTER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL THE COMPANY WAS THAN COMPANY XXXX. THE THREE MEN THAT INSTALLED MY UNIT WERE WELL TRAINED, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID OUTSTANDING JOB INSTALLING MY NEW A/C. THEY ARE THE 3 C'S, COLIN, CHRIS, AND CODY. HARD WORKERS AND VERY COURTEOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BREVARD HEATING AND COOLING. I MANAGE PROPERTIES AND WILL NOT BE USING BREVARD HEATING AN COOLING FOR ALL MY PROPERTIES.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.

5 starsBrevard Cooling and Heating are the best!!! Jesse came over within 20 minutes of my call for help. He wasn’t able to fix it (4:30 pm) but came back the next morning and determined what the problem was and got our A/C unit up and running quickly! He is very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. The Best part was that the cost was covered under my warranty. If you are in the market for a new A/C unit make sure you buy it from Brevard Cooling! I’m very pleased with their service and EVERYONE there is helpful, friendly and they get the job done!Review fromMatthew L

5 starsAfter getting 7 quotes for a new HVAC system we decided to use Brevard Cooling and Heating. The sales guy (Eric) was straight forward and explained everything in great detail. They were very competitively priced and no one matched their warranty.
They did the install in one day (even completely rebuilt our plenum) and the entire install grew was super courteous and professional.
We are beyond pleased with them and expect to have no issues with our new unit. If we do, I am confident they will be back to make it right on the spot.Review fromLynn M

Working with everyone at Brevard Cooling from the office, scheduling maintenance, and eventually having a Daikin FIT installed was a good experience. Kevin and Franco were on time and very professional with an inspection and repair. Then Eric was great to explain the different systems and write up my purchase. The installation was excellent by Collin and Charlie. They worked hard all day and explained everything. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc.
