      This place need a zero star. I did a transaction at a store told me that it did not go true. A few days later they took out the money, so I call the bank for help they wrote me a letter telling me to get a statement from the store and send it to them. I have visit this store 3 times to get help. Mind you I have to drive for half an hour to get there the store manager was so nice after 3 visit to give me my money. They bank is a waste of time calling for help I did it my self thank you SSCC for your help

      This place needs a zero star option, one star overstates their competence. If you want a bank or credit union that is truly horrendous, useless and unhelpful, this is the one for you. Applied for a home equity line of credit, in August here it is mid November and I can't get anyone to return a message. My loan processor is truly indifferent, never responded to any email or phone message. I think she tries to be as unhelpful as possible. As of now I've been trying to reach her for 3 weeks. I called their main number, which is automated phone hell. First time I chose the option to have someone call me. 2 days later no one had called. I called again chose to hold, took over 30 minutes on hold before someone picked up. The young lady who answered seemed helpful enough, said she'd delay my concerns to the loan processor and her manager. That was over a week ago, still nothing She did tell me that they were reinspecting homes with open applications due to recent hurricane, but if I hadn't called I would never have known that. Got no information as to how long that might take. Their portal shows my loan as conditionally approved, but the status hasn't changed in over 2 months. I'm now applying for another loan. Just for fun I'm going to leave the application open and ignore them in the unlikely event they ever try to reach me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your loan. You'll regret choosing this place
