      Been a member for a number of years. Medi-Share has been wonderful for our family. They take care of things quickly and are kind and responsive. We are so grateful for how they have prayed with us during hard and scary times.

      I have been with Medi-Share for 2 years. They are consistently courteous & eager to help & to pray for any requests I may have. I am a retired nurse & healthy overall & just needed something trustworthy in place until Medicare age 65. They are certainly worth your time to check out. I do believe these folks actually care about their clients. This is truly unheard of in the secular "traditional insurance" world.

      I give this company 0 stars! My Husband and I joined Medishare about maybe 4 years back. We had heard about them on 870 a.m. Los Angeles, recommended by several of the hosts. I was very excited to have them on board to help us where our insurance could not come in to supportt us.
      It's supposed to be a Christian company, Christians helping Christians, but we had a bill upwards of $8000.00 that our Insurance did not cover, for my Husbands skin cancer surgeries. We had paid thousands of dollars into Medishare.and they kept saying Agent After Agent, oh sorry, we never received your paperwork and copy of the previous bills from the Doctors. We spoke to Agents, Supervisors and could get absolutely no coverage from them. Absolutely no one wanted to help reimburse us, but oh yes, they did want to pray for us. They kept blowing us off and never paid us for what our Insurance did not cover. We finally cancelled them. We lost so much money with our monthly payments. I kept saying, we are getting sharing for these bils aren't we as week after week nothing came and again they said. Please have the Doctor's offices send over their bill which had to go through a portal. It wasn't a straightforward emai system. Our main Dr. sent in his informaiion to Medishare at least 5 times and then said he wasn't doing it anymore. They verified all of the information to get it sent it, but we kept getting, no matter if we sent it through the portal or the Dr's, that "nothing was being received". We needed the monetary help so badly and they did nothing to help us, but everything to ignore our requests, so no recommendation at all!

If you would contact Medi-Share by private message through our Facebook page and verify your membership we would like to look into your concerns. Medical bills are processed based on the member-voted guidelines and standardized medical billing forms (a CMS 1500 form for a doctor and a UB04 form for a facility) are required to process charges, if these billing forms are not received then charges cannot be processed. Medi-Share would like to address your concerns so please contact us. Thank you very much.

      Been a member for 6 years and could not be happier! Their customer service is great when working out the numerous miss-billings of our local hospital. We usually get nice discounts on our medical services thru Medishare. Premiums cost half as much as similar, regular insurance. Even our daughter loves having her own policy!

      I Highly Recommend this company! I have belonged to 1 other health share program and this company sets the bar- very high. I should have started with them first! I believe I am on year 5 and I am always able to get an intelligent loving real person on the other line to help answer my questions.

      I've been with MediShare for a number of years now and highly recommend the organization. They are great administratively, have excellent customer service, and even the philosophy of serving one another and sharing in medical bills is a great one. I've appreciated the clear-cut process and coverage - even easier to understand than the vague lines that insurance gives. I regularly recommend MediShare to others and will continue to do so.
