I have purchased back in July 2022 a master bedroom with 2 night stands and a dresser with a mirror.Also we added a dining table and chairs but we changed our mind on them and kept The master bedroom set. We qualified for 10000$ and 24 months no interest as weve been told at the store.Then we called and canceled the table and the chairs and that made us a huge problem in this moment.At that time we knew that we have 24 months no interes so we did make an automated payment for the amount that we had calculated in 24 months.I few days ago I checked online to see how much balance we have left since we signed up for autopay and automated payments we did not get the statements in mail.And I was really unpleasant surprised when I saw that I got a charge of Interest fee on purchases of the amount of (1400$) . I tried to speak with a store manager from the store(**************)also(Plantation)also with the bank and with a person from the corporate.And no one was able to help.Awful customer serviceEl Dorado Furniture Corp.

*****. They do not issue refunds they keep saying that they will, but they never do. I purchased something it was wrong sent it back for over six months. I have emails back-and-forth that they are going to credit my credit card and as recently say that theyre going to mail the check but they never did and every month for six months I have to reach out to them. Beware!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! I purchased $15,000 in furniture. Every single piece that was delivered, was defective and had to be replaced. And when they return with another piece of furniture to swap it out, that one is even worse! They had come out three times for one of my entertainment centers that came with acrylic on it and scratches and the new ones they bought were even worse! They wouldnt stand straight up they wobbled! I finally got fed up losing waiting on deliveries so I told him I wanted a credit., mind you this piece alone cost me about $4000 well apparently the young lady went to corporate to get a discount and they offered me $150 for my trouble! That is a joke! I will never buy there again, and I will bash their name in every corner that I can because they are an unreputable company that does not stand by their product! All of their products are trash! Very poorly made, but very expensive ! I hate to say it, but This is what happens when you do business with people from *****!El Dorado Furniture Corp.

The only thing worse than their products, specifically "leather sofas" is the customer service. Inside the showroom they will promise the Moon to sell you a product, then is all a lie. **************** is the most unprofessional and shady ever. I paid $3000 for a leather sofa that lasted 6 months before changing color by spots not usual in real leather. I paid 360 in warranty that cover nothing at all and when you call, is like they know nothing about warranty, "is another company". DO NOT BUY FROM EL DORADO.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

Piece of c*** furniture, the microfiber leather that I was told is great, is ripping everywhere on the sofa and the sofa unhinges everyday from my 2 year old who jumps in it. She weighs 15 poundsso incredibly disappointed that I wasted almost $3,000 on this sofa 5 years ago! Mind you, I had to fix this sofa myself with wood glue and everything else you can think of! I called this place and they refused to fix my furniture; had to call some dude in ******* that came here and fixed it! I could go on for days! Dont buy your furniture here!El Dorado Furniture Corp.

I purchased over 5k in furniture from the store in *******************, it was delivered and they damaged my wall the furniture was damaged and I had to call in for service. Wishing a few weeks the stitching came out and it was serviced again I had 3 broken pieces within my set about a week later. I asked for an exchange, took them 7 weeks to hear back about the return, I was charged restocking fees and the shipping for the damaged pieces that were picked up the day my new sofa was to be delivered, that sofa came delivered with a gash in the leather so they took that back with the original set now a week later they come to deliver it again and have no hardware to attach the legs. Ive been two weeks with no furniture and they wont honor a full refund after they not me they dropped the ball on multiple occasions. I am requesting all of my money paid and put on credit to be refunded back via check and a credit to my credit account for what hasnt been paid.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

On Saturday September 23rd myself and my wife visited the Pembroke Pines location. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the store opening. We sat outside the store on the bench waiting for the doors to open as we were shopping for a couple rooms in our home. An employee walked up to the door and proceeded to belittle us for sitting and waiting and made a disrespectful comment in our direction. We were very upset and spoke to someone in the store when it opened who they advised was a manager. Though we were advised this is not representative of El Dorado and it would be looked into, we were so offended we just left the store and decided to shop somewhere else. However, we felt it was a situation that may not have been addressed. We came just to shop, not to be verbally attacked by a store employee for waiting for the store to open as we were only guilty of arriving early.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

My wife and I spent over $30,000 furnishing our new home in *************, **. We shopped at the ElDorado store in ***************. Our salesperson, *****, sold ** an adjustable kingsize mattress frame and a mattress that was not compatible with the frame.She told us that we had 30 days to try our the mattress, and it was returnable if we didnt like it. After several weeks of sleepless nights and severe backaches we informed her that we wanted to return it. She told us that it was on final sale and she couldnt take it back, which she was unaware of. We made a claim on **************** and they will not pay ElDorado. Be forewarned, these people are not reputable and will not stand by their merchandise if you have a problem.El Dorado Furniture Corp.

I Purchased the ********************** for $5300.00 in March 2023. This is September 2023, The suppose to be leather is peeling already. I Called for assistant and was told that the manufacturer warranty doesnt cover peeling. But why is real leather peeling? The furniture was delivered but doesnt feel like the floor sample. The manager offered for a technician to come out for repair but out of my own expense. I have never experienced such poor customer service and poor quality ********************. Dont waste your money thinking you are getting quality furniture with Eldorado. Its expensive low grade quality furniture. I placed an order for two chairs and and there were no charges for preparation and delivery so I decided to have them deliver the chairs Next day I received an email saying that I didn't pay for something when I call they said their system had an issue and didn't charge me for delivery and it was an $80.00 minimum I told them this is just false advertising and they said it was because of the method of payment which was Paypal whatever is happening with their website is out of my control and it is not fair to be charge for delivery after placing the order with supposedly free delivery .... if the system is not charging for delivery it is simply their mistake so they just have to honor the terms in the order and fix their systemEl Dorado Furniture Corp.
