Excellent and professional company. Frank made the arrangements and worked diligently on finding a driver for the day I needed my Camry shipped. Tom, the tow driver was wonderful. He kept us updated on when he would arrive. My Camry was delivered from Florida to VA in excellent condition with all of my items that was inside the car. I needed my side by side UTV delivered from ********** to ******* (**** miles) and Auto Star Transport Express was able to secure a truck driver for my delivery within few hours. They were able to pick up the next day and have it delivered within two days after that I was very impressed with the service they provided and the truck driver was awesome and kept me informed the whole way and was very professional. Also the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Auto Star transport and I will use them again in the future thanks Dimitri for all your awesome help !!!AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

Excellent service. This was my first time dealing with transportation of vehicles. My driver was very patient answering all questions I had, along with the exceptional customer service who answered every time which even included them calling me back. This company had great customer service. The day before my pickup the transporter that was initially picking up my car had mechanical issues. They said they were in the process of finding another transporter. Less than an hour later I was back on schedule with new transporter who was wonderful. The driver delivered the car sooner than initially promised and maintained excellent communication with my sister who was receiving delivery of the car. Absolutely no complaints. They made the experience of shipping our car across the country hassle free. The individual that helped us with everything gave us full confidence on timelines and answered any and every question or concern we had with shipping a car. Our car that we had shipped was taken care of and didnt have any issues whatsoever at delivery. 5 starsI rate this company 5 STARS because good customer service and delivery were on point.will do business with them any day. I called them a month before my expected delivery and they always check up on me and gave me a good quote which was less than 1k.
