Autostar Transport picked up my vehicle from Las Vegas NV (engine overheated and died) and delivered to auto repair shop in Los Angeles around the corner from home. Coordination and communication was easy and good. No problems with the pick up or delivery.

- [ ] She was reluctant to have the car shipped, but I assured her Frank and his team were good. Not only were they good, they were great. They were very professional and very accommodating. They were quick to all the changes we made and were very professional. The car was delivered a couple of days late no fault to the team. They reached out immediately and explained was going on with their carrier and another was in route to transfer the vehicles. There was a mechanical error on the first. Thanks to demetri at autostar for making our transport of our two cars smooth and awesome. It was really easy, he explained everything we needed to know and made himself available for all my questions, and he connected me with a driver in a timely manner. I recently moved from ******* (panhandle) to ********** (********) and I had the most pleasant experience with AutoStar. One of the reasons I selected this company was because of the price! They were the most affordable of all the companies I looked into. However, I mainly selected AutoTransport because I saw a lot of amazing reviews and many of them I closed transport from ** to CA. The entire process was super easy and convenient. I was provided a quote, paid the deposit, arranged pick up and drop off. The driver was extremely kinda when I picked up my vehicle. They allowed me to store some items in my trunk which really assisted me with relocating. Unfortunately, my car made it to ********** before me due to the many delays and changes with my airlinehowever the driver allowed me to send the remaining balance via Zelle and my roommate was able to arrange drop off. Completely *****. They will let you hold while they will send you contract to accept which obviously you cannot read and they will keep your money without providing services...AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

Customer placed an order with us and we located and assigned a carrier to pickup vehicle on the very first day of the signed contract. (Not sure what customer means that he cannot read the contract.....he signed it twice!!). The assigned carrier proceeded to contact the designated pickup person, who informed the carrier that the there were no keys to the car. A vehicle without keys is rendered Inoperable, and thus the carrier was not able to take the vehicle. We spoke to customer and informed him that with no keys, it would take a flatbed to transport the vehicle. On 07/23, customer informed us that he would like to proceed with trying to located a flatbed carrier capable of transporting his vehicle. 10 minutes after that customer cancelled his order. Our services were rendered by assigning a carrier, and we are confident we would have found the right carrier had the customer given us the agreed upon amount of time.
