Shut this place down...the absolute worst. I had to pay for my own work just because they took 8 hours to pick up the phone just to verify a claim then I was told that to give them the receipt for the work to be refunded just for then to deny it because it wasn't verified by them because they didn't pick up the phone. Gave me the worst run around this company is a sham and a scam.

****** appreciates ************** reaching out.  Unfortunately, the Contract clearly states that no clams will be approved if the repairs are performed without prior authorization.  In this instance, repairs were performed during ****** work hours, so the claim was denied per the contract terms.

I run a shop and this warranty company is the absolute worst, We've switched away from ever selling it because they are such terrible company to work with. They require ridiculous non industry standard tear down to "prove failure" that costs hundreds of dollars and then only offer to cover two hours of that diagnostic. It's 100% a tactic to get the customer to pay for the repairs, or abandon the claim, or for the shop to eat the diag fees. If you have an option to not do business with this company don't. If you're already duped by them then consider contacting your state insurance Bureau and filing a complaint.

Transmission was shot after only 6000 miles. Phoenix American sent an adjuster and claimed that a (completely unrelated) coolant line leak was found and as a result a transmission tear down was required to find the cause and I had to pay for that teardown.Problem: ****************** Manager says that there is NO LEAK and thus no justification for a tear down of the transmission (something that the GM/Chrysler dealership doesn't do anyway). Phoenix American Warranty Company is scamming people by requiring unnecessary and prohibitive diagnostics due to lies manufactured by adjusters. Now I'm filing a complaint with the state's ************************* because this is a blatant scam. Contracts engaged in bad faith is criminal and accounts to fraud and as such any arbitration agreement is void.

The dealership i took my car to contacted these clowns at wynns because i need new struts and sway bar links. They told myself and the dealer that it is a pre existing condition so they wont cover it! So, i hired an attorney and i am suing these guys for breeching the contract. My attorney firm will be reaching out to all the people that left negative feedback and it will become a huge lawsuit! Also, my financial institution is cooperating with my attorney so as soon as i know more i will clue everyone in.

****** appreciates **************** for reaching out.  **************** told the ****** claim adjuster that never test drove the vehicle, but on his first drive on the way home he noticed the suspension was squeaking.  Therefore, **************** told ****** that the failure was pre-existing and the denial was proper.  ****** looks forward to assisting **************** in the future, such as the claim to replace his engine that ****** approved and paid for a month after the claim he is discussing in his review.

Bought a jeep on September 14th 2023. Few days after getting the jeep I noticed the temp going up but not overheating and the oil pressure light going off and on. Called the dealership I got it from several times and got no help so I put coolant in to alleviate the temp issue. Had a CEL light come on so I took it to have the code read. Misfire in cylinder 2 and 4. Took it to a Jeep dealership where they wouldnt look at it at all because I wasnt using mopar spark plugs. Had a few things replaced that were covered thankfully. Well a couple weeks later I had an oil change done and asked about the misfires and they said it was fuel injectors. Did not believe that so I took it to the shop its at now. Found coolant sitting in my cylinder heads, blown head gaskets, warped heads, gouges in my camshaft bearings, and bad oil pump. Mechanic called wynns and said it would need a new motor. They are declining the claim because they said it was overheating, it had pre-existing conditions that I shouldve known about (cam shaft bearings.) mechanic asked to have an adjuster to come look at the damage and they said they dont send out people to look at it. Ive owned the jeep for 4 months and its been in the shop for a total of a month and a half. Now Im supposed to pay almost ***** dollars for a new motor, labor, and diagnostic fees out of pocket because they wont honor their warranty. Even after keeping up with the required maintenance they request. I have pictures and paperwork from both shops that show something is wrong. They need to do better. I cant afford the shop price out of pocket and a car payment.

Terrible company!!! Don't use this place ever!!! I purchased a vehicle on 12/08/2023 and noticed a slightly noise coming from the driver side. Let me start by saying that the dealership put brand new tires on for me because when I test drove the ****** ***** it had no tread on the tires. So fastward to the day I drove off the lot I noticed when I would turn there was a small noise drove from ******** to ********* and soon as I got to ********* the driver side wheel hub assembly the axle and rotor snapped.. so I contacted the dealer ship who was NO HELP at all so I grab my book full of paper work and discovered that I was paying for a extended warranty so I contacted them and each party the dealer and warranty told me that if I got my truck to a mechanic it would be taken care of and covered so I finally after sleeping in the truck for 2 day with my 7 yr old daughter and husband and puppy got a tow truck to take us to a mechanic shop. The tow truck driver and mechanic both were amazed my wheel didn't fly off while driving. Anyways was told that of the ******* in repairs only ****** was covered even though the "covered part" caused all the damage to the rest of it and my policy states that if a covered part damages a non covered part it would pay for it. Also says a if in turn the non covered has to be fixed in order for the covered part to be repaired that it would be covered. NOPE I wasn't even made aware of me purchasing warranty in the first place but I am definitely cancelling it! Essentially ******* on top of my loan contract for a warranty that won't fix anything NO THANK YOU! I will much rather have the money. Never again will I use ****** or the dealership I went through bunch of crooks! The dealership must get Major kick backs for signing people up without their knowledge and flying through the paperwork so fast they don't even notice it until papers are signed completely unprofessional to say the least. Waste of time I will be going to a different car lot

****** regrets ******************** frustrations with the claim process.  As she notes, the Contract cannot provide coverage to non-covered parts.  ****** approved the cost to replace the covered parts associated with her claim.  ****** looks forward to assisting **************** in the future.

As a dealership Service Manager, this company is by far the worst warranty company I have ever worked with in all of my years. We have black listed them across all of our dealers as they will waste your time and your money. They were rude on the phone and would not even own up to their own mistakes. Prime example, noisy oil pump. They want you to remove the oil pump for inspection for a noise that only occurs when its on the vehicle. Then when you cave and remove it, they in turn tell you to put it back on the vehicle so they can hear the noise even after being told that this is a noise during operation concern and removal from the vehicle will not show failure. Now they want us to put it back on the vehicle for inspection, without paying for it! They in turn want us to charge the customer for their mistake, which we will not do. Awful company. If you are a customer, buyer beware. 0/10
