      Safelink Woreless has got to be the absolute WORST company there is for ********** service. Their customer service department is a 1000% joke! They don't serm to know how to answer questions and I had a hard time understanding everyone that I spoke with. I was transferred to 6 different people, each telling me theu can help, when in actuality, they CAN NOT! No one wanted to listen to me and they treated me as if I am stupid and don't know how to use a cell phone. They sent me a Sim card that I put in my phone, but the *** card did not work, AT ALL. it briefly had my phone all messed up to where I couldn't even use my phone or even cut my phone off. After getting incredibly frustrated with them, I just hung up. I WILL NEVER use Safelink. I have decided to try elsewhere. It shouldn't be so hard for customers to get good customer service and to receive the proper help they need! I ended up putting my old Sim card back in my phone and after a few minutes, my phone was back up and running properly, as it should. This is my forewarning to all of you out there, FORGET SAFELINK and use someone else. They had me so frustrated after almost 4 hours of trying to get answers, that by the time I ended the call by hanging up on them, I just burst into tears! They had my nerves so torn up! Plus, I just lost my fiance from a heart attack so my emotions were all over the place. They didn't help matters any at all.

      Terrible customer service. Rude representative. **** was absolutely the worst person Ive ever spoken to, he kept implying that he could turn my service off if he wanted to. I dont know how this company is still around. I have to call them every month to get my service turned back on even though its been approved for a year.

      Five stars for customer service, specifically from Eleazar.
      I called multiple times for a friend trying to expedite receiving cell
      service before the sim card arrived because she needed it ASAP for job
      interviews, and he was the only one who could get it done. It was a very
      complicated situation where we had to use a TracFone sim which was
      shipped next day from Amazon, and he handled it amazingly.
      Eleazar was the best representative of any company I've ever spoke to,
      including sales departments for fortune 500 companies. I've worked on
      the phones in customer service myself, and I understand how much time
      and intelligence it takes to get to that level. He was incredibly
      knowledgeable and kind. He was so persistent and I don't think any one
      else could have done this for us. This was an incredibly complicated
      issue which I've called about multiple times, and he instilled a lot of
      confidence in Safelink because of that. Solely because of him, I will be
      recommending Safelink to everyone that I can. I will also be leaving a
      google review mentioning him.

      The company took a message from another person or entity that I was deceased. I have been unable to clear this information, and it costs me my phone service more than once. It happened again today. No help after waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes. There are two parts to this service: SafeLink and Lifeline. One agrees that I am alive and the other that I am not. That must be fixed. I have a very common name.

      I would give him 100 minus if I could this is the most pathetic business I’ve ever seen in my life. They have hacked my entire life. They have made my life a pure hell. Apparently there is no supervisor or manager that exist. That’s why they’re able to provide the sick unbelievable service they provide on the telephone. Unreal. If you’ve gotten Looking behind you, you could do whatever the hell you want and that’s exactly what they’ve done. They’ve hacked all of my phone accounts. My phone‘s been completely shut down where I can’t even contact and handle all of my livelihood that they’ve hacked into installed $357,000. There is no headquarters.

      I wish I could leave no stars!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! This is the worst company ever!!! I literally have been on the phone with them trying to get my phone service updated and my number ported over since 1pm eastern time. Multiple calls empty promises and my last call ended at 12:11 am and the issue is still not resolved. **** and supposed to be supervisors talk over you and dont listen and ask questions over and over again. I cant stress enough run if this company is who you are going to use.

      This company is terrible. If you have free service from them because of **********, watch out.. You WILL get dropped with no service a lot. Safelink is no good, it is owned by ******** which is owned by *******. Everybody needs to know about this company, that it is no good.

      I get the service from SAFELINK and they sent a defective SIM card and now I don't have service and they are saying is my fault and I need to get a NEW SIMP card on my own. Very awful cell company!!

      Was able to use my hotspot all month before September now they are telling me my data ran out it never did before and I need my hotspot for work they won't fix it installed with ten different people over online chat and got told the same lie over and over I'd just like to be able to use my hotspot like i have before

      Discrimination,****,Blaming me for their error by saying I
      should've put balance instead of Data and I have proof on my phone and
      the receipts of purchases and $15 plan for 20 gb and they only gave me
      10 gb and I called them back and they said once I used the 10 gb I would
      receive the other 10 gb, that's a lie cause I called and they told me I
      couldn't purchase the $15 dollar plan cause It wasn't available to me,
      but they accepted my money anyway that's a **** and plus they don't give
      the full 10 gb the Government pays them to give out every refill day
      like last Saturday when I called they said we made an error by not
      giving you all your data so they said they gave me 4 gb of data but when
      I checked using balance or data it said 10 gb. The discrimination is
      when I told them I had 55 gb one the first and I told them my refill
      date was Sept 30 2024 and when I checked and I have it screen shotted
      the October 1,2024 and it said 55 gb and O checked on October 2,2024 it
      said I had 3 gb total. Then then when I told them I wanted my data back
      they wouldn't do it cause somehow its my fault for texting Data instead
      of Balance which I have proof on my phone that's incorrect they both say
      "Here are your balance details" and texting Data and Balance was the
      same but they blamed me and then after a 1hr 30 minutes with Tracfone
      they muted me no doubt they are scrubbing all my info on their systems.
      But back to discrimination o tried to call Safelink and when I said
      customer service it said 'Thanks for calling goodbye." That's why I had
      to call Tracfone and they blamed me for their mistake by not entering
      balance to 611611 but I used Data which I have the proof that its the
      same thing. Not only did they correct my lifeline 10 gb through Tracfone
      not Safelink cause they blacklisted me and didn't notice it. They made
      my refill date October 5 of each month. My mom has a Safelink phone to
      and she can testify they don't even send her all the 10 gb of data.

      I have talked with my Local Sheriffs Office and I told them what was happening and they said it sounds more like a Breach of Contract, I have the Evidence of it all but I'm just leaving a review again because, I was trying to boost my signal and the Representative told me that they couldn't to go to my local Wal Mart Supercenter and Buy a Verizon Compatible BOOK sim kit which I still have the receipt from and transaction id number, I asked Him to make a ticket to make sure they know and He said I can't make a ticket but I will leave a note to the next representative that you talk to. Well after I purchased the Non Refundable Sim Card total after tax was $5.34 cents, I called Safelink back and told them I have bought the Sim Card and the man I talked to before said do not put it in until you get it activated, ok now she asked for she asked for my Sim Card that I purchased and have a reciept from Walmart Supercenter that I bought it as, I read her the sim card and she said sorry sir but this card is showing invalid or error, so I told her to read the Note the first representative was supposed to leave and guess what? No note was generated so I told her how do I resolve this since the error again like my first review was put which is what my local sheriffs office said sounds like a breach of contract, they said we are sorry but we can't refund your money, then she said take it back to The store you purchased it from and get a refund, well when I got the card my dad said the woman said it's not refundable so yesterday which was Monday I went to get the reciept and the lady said it again it's not refundable to me. But back to Safelink they was saying we are sorry and the representative who told you will be written up. I was like ok but that still dosent resolve my issue I have a sim card that y'all told me to get and it's not refundable so what are y'all going to do cause I called Wal Mart Supercenter the exact day which was purchased 10/12/2024 and asked them while I was on the phone about it and she said yes I remember selling you the card the exact one the only one they had in stock, so the representative said it had to be tracfone Verizon compatible and I was still on the phone with Wal Mart Supercenter trying to let them talk back and forth by trying my best to see what I could do to fix their error. And my first review is correct and the discrimination is on point cause after awhile I was like are y'all gonna refund that sim card by sending me the correct one since it non refundable, and she said sorry we can't do that so on and on I said it's on your end and finally she put me on mute. So I call Tracfone Wireless and they did the same thing entered the sim card said error and it's all recorded on their end but I feel they may scrub them recordings and even my phone I kept my old phone and it broke so I can only go back as far as I can on this phone but like I said I kept it. Finally, after so many times being put on mute and possibly blacklisted again the representative sent me to another manager and I could here her breathing on the phone she was so mad, but she sent me to a male representative and I told him everything what had happened and He said no worries we will fix that for you and I told him please don't hang up or put me on mute cause they where doing that all the time that afternoon and the night, he said I won't do that Sir, can you provide me my sim card IMEI Full Number so I did and My Full ICCID NUMBER and I did that as well and then he asked for the new Sim Card and I gave it to him and he said can you provide me the IMEI Number well I looked everywhere on the Verizon Compatible BOOK SIM KIT, and even looked through the activation guide and said they don't have one, now remind you they I was on and alternative phone and had my sim card out of my phone and once I said it I guess cause my frustration with this company and how they are doing I may have said it loud "THERE IS NO IMEI NUMBER NOWHERE." THEN HE HUNG UP WITH MY SIM CARD OUT OF MY PHONE YES THAT'S MESSED UP! So I call them back and told them again and they finally sent me to the refund department and the lady said I've submitted your claim and I said is it going to the Main Office in Miami Florida and she said yes and they should be calling you in 15 minutes, I waited a long time until 12 am which I know their on Eastern Time and I'm on Central Time and they never called. So the Next Morning I called them back and I got a representative and he said I am cooperate and I said your in the Philistines not Miami Florida and He assured me that He was Cooperate so I told him that they was supposed to call me about my refund and He said we don't do refunds cause of the policy which is crazy cause they knew who I was and fixed something about my incoming and outgoing calls through their automates system when I pushed for technical support which now I believe they have my phone tapped, I mean Verizon Wireless Met Worth According to Yahoo Finance is over 184.5 billion dollars so I imagine they are listening on cause of my case is a breach of contract against me and the Federal Government which pays them to give people 10 GB every month and they don't. So yea I'm in fear for my life cause they know me from my first review and now this one as well, the Cooperate Guy not in Miami Florida which is where she sent it and was supposed to get a call back was actually still in the Philistines and I know she said 15 minutes you will get a call and then that guy said sorry sir we don't do refunds it not in our policy if you by it from another store but even though they said to get this exact Verizon Compatible BOOK Sim KIT they still blamed me cause Wal Mart Supercenter said it's non refundable. So since I left this review and I know that even though they put me on mute and hung up on me and lied about giving me a call back on 15 minutes, and oh yea I purchased $30 for 40 GB and have the receipts for that I turned my phone off and back on put in data to 611611 it said my total data was 10 GB so I had to call them again to correct that as well. I have had a lot of trouble with this company ever since the affordable connectivity program (ACP) got cut of down to lifeline benefits which the 10 GB the Govt pays was not fully put on even my witness will testify to that cause she didn't receive all her 10 GB and she can't understand the Customer Service English cause they are from the Philistines and she just didn't bother with it just accepted defeat cause she couldn't understand them. So yea my review is a lot more than me but I believe I hold the most on them cause of the acts they did, lies about the sim card, blaming me that I should've entered Balance instead of Data to 611611, and the Blacklisting of my number to Safelink Wireless so I had to call Tracfone Wireless to only be told it was my fault again, so yea after I hit enter they will know me for sure this time so I will fear for my life now cause they have been exposed and done something to my incoming and outgoing phone calls through their automated system and one more thing in the past not to long after I purchased the first $15 dollar plan they took my money and gave me 10 GB instead of 20 GB and I called them back to back almost for 3 hrs cause they said they fixed it but it just showed it refilled back to 10 GB, and eventually they said I wasn't eligible for that plan even though they took my money which I have receipts for and the month before and I called them a month after and said September 3,2024 they said yes your eligible for the $15 dollar plan so I borrowed enough money $30 inf fact to get 40 GB from my father out of his banking account and sure enough it went through but why would they say I'm not eligible and take my money the first time I did it and then say I was eligible. That's my review and they are Safelink and Tracfone, and Straight Talk and American Movil and a lot of other companies are owned by Verizon Wireless a 148.5 est. Billion Dollar Company so yes like I said I will fear for my life after submitting the review and honestly I just want accountability to be held and the all the others to apply cause as I sign my name and leave this review I will verify that all is correct or they can sue me but I assure you they will not like that i talked to attorneys and they said this goes to a Federal Level since it's a Breach of Contract. Thank you for letting me write my review and like I said they are worth a lot of money and I fear for my life everywhere I go now cause of this Truth.
