      I am a senior who is on a fixed income. I just would like a new phone that was guarantee to me. I have been trying to get a new phone from SafeLink for about a little over four months now. I have been getting the run a round every time I call the number on the internet. I end up speaking to someone who can never assist me in trying to order a new phone. I have been on the online to the website to recertified and attach the proper paperwork needed for me to get a phone and to no avel no phone. I call customer service and I am guaranteed a new phone will be sent to me in 7- 10 business day by a gentleman named ***** who is the supervisor. Two weeks go by and no phone. I call back and I spoke with **** and then ****** still no new phone. I made aware to customer service that I have a broken phone here that I would like to send back. I was told once I receive the phone, there will be a return label in the box to return the broken phone. A couple of weeks after that I spoke to a BJ and a couple of days later I spoke to a lady who said her name was *******. ******* this conversation I ask to speak to a supervisor and ******* told me she was not able to get me a supervisor because she could assist. However, ******* did not assist me at all she was asking questions that were already answered during our conversation. After being on the phone with ******* for about 40 minutes she hung up the phone. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received. This is not how you treat seniors who have worked all their lives for the benefit our of country. To feel you have been toyed with in the most sleezy way is very uncanny.

      Safelink Wireless approved me for their free phone service..but I was told after several live chat **** telling me a SIM card will soon arrive either via *** or FED EX but I haven't received anything. They said to text them but I explained how can I text with no service without a SIM card as well..then they said I would recieve a phone call..I waited..nothing-if I'm qualified for Safelink then told all this...that means they are collecting funds for my free service and not allowing me to have free service....I'm used neighbors cell phone for a call they said for today at 12:45 Sept 6, 2024 but nothing..no call..no tracking number for SIM card..I bought an unlocked phone for $100 still in box yet Safelink assured me that it's compatible...yet an agent said he doesn't see it in the files...its a scam...they did tell me to wait till Monday and SIM card should arrive then...we shall see

      I qualified for a free phone and service through your Safelink Wireless> My enrollment date is August 1, 2024. They keep deactivating my service. I have called three times for them to reactivate the phone. When they reactivate the phone it only lasts for a few days. When speaking to customer service they seem not to know what to dokeeping me on the phone for hours. This is very frustrating. Is there anything your company can do to fix the problem I'm dealing with? My My landline phone is only good until 9-15-24. Ms. ********* *****

      Worst service ever in my life. Just got Sim card, it was puk locked can't even get in my phone I paid for now! ***** at technical support can help! Worst technical team I've ever encountered! Can't even verify my information! Rude people, will not transfer you to supervisor or anyone that has the intelligence to fix the problem. When I asked for another Sim card they want to charge me! I said I got it free because I have food stamps. Then for some mysterious reason they couldn't verify my account, which I had all the information for. Said they sent email, never got it! I'm at the veteran's clubhouse with computers with my email on them. But I can pay and get a new one!!!! Scammers!! Do not use their service! It is a scam to try and make you pay for a Sim card!

      If I could give less than 1 star I would. Someone used my info to get a lifeline phone so SafeLink disconnected my service without verification. They told me I had to reapply for service when I called them. In the course of a week I reapplied 3 times only for them to cancel each application. I got told a different story each time I called and they were beyond hateful and rude. I had a job that requires me to have a working phone and due to their negligence and uncooperative actions I lost my job. Their customer service is horrible and they have no idea what they are doing. You can't get a supervisor to talk to you if your life depended on it. I will absolutely never recommend this company again. I hope they all sleep well knowing they cost me my job and who knows how many countless other people they've hurt.

      Safelink is turning cell phon Services off for people who have lifeline services for no reason. I have been trying to get my cell phone back on for over 30 days and my application was accepted and then decline two days later. People need their phones for every day needs and this is not fair to the customer.

      have had to call 6-7 times to customer service.plus chat online and visits to website to correct no internet access issues after todays call was hung up on by customer service/tech support.even though yesterday signed up to monthly Phn/internet access

      They send defective phones and expect us to go out and purchase a new phone at our expense if it doesn't work,while charging the government an arm and a leg for these defective phones. I've had nothing but problems with the phone that was replaced and they expect me to keep this phone when it can potentially harm me or my house by exploding. It's constantly overheating for no reason, doesn't charge fully, has no signal and the keypad is sticky and slow. How do they expect people to use these defective phones? If we had the ability to just go out and purchase a new phone I'm sure we would, but these people act like we're made out of money. Their solution just go out and buy one of their phones. Does that make sense? Their double dipping.

      I wanted to give zero stars! Awful customer service experience, dysfunctional support team. I've submitted the application online that had been sitting with them over a month. When I've called to check on status, I was given direction on what was missing on the application and I did exactly what the support representative asked for. Two days later I called back to check if all is ok and I was assured that all is good "your application had been approved"... although again no action. Called back and reached the same support lady that gave me the original corrective instructions and - now it's not good for her! NEW DIRECTION! when asked for supervisor to help resolve the conflict, sorry we do not have one.. Dear Safelink Wireless Management Team train / manage your staff properly and stop wasting other people time! If you are not qualified to do this job, leave it to other more competent companies.

      I am a disabled senior citizen and had to apply for the Safelink phone. I have had service since 2021. I started having issues with my battery dying in June 2024. I was told a new battery was sent to me with a confirmation tracking number. The battery never came. After contacting the customer service and staying on the phone 45 minutes only to be disconnected many times I was told I do not qualify for a battery to be sent and their would be a charge for this. Anyone applying for this service who is elderly or needs help will not get any from SafeLink Wireless at all.
