      Phone I got from assurances broke I saw a tent on the side of the road for SafeLink so I stopped the guy set it up got my phone gone and then I get a letter from him saying that they're denying me service because I have two phones I was told that just don't use that phone and they'll shut it off I'm having hip surgery in 2 weeks so I called him told him they said there's nothing they can do well

      Kept cancelling my line every month and made me apply for lifeline every month. Agent ************** they would fix this issue but they never did... every month my phone service got disconnected and lifeline benefit got de-enrolled. They made me apply for a new application every month for the last 5 months now.

      they transfer u to another part of business and hang up on you,i was trying to change my address and they hung up on me several times they cut my service off i am still trying to get turned back on but they keep hanging up on me ask to speak to manager she ******** would not let me talk to manager transferred to another part of business hung up on me i've been trying for 4 weeks to get this straightened out .Bad customer service

      This place here called SafeLink is a fraud I got my father a phone from this company just to find out that I only have 25 GB of data if he call this doctor and his doctor put him on hold well he's out of data now he have to wait 29 more days to get reset to use his phone again but I found another company that has unlimited everything it's a government phone too I want to send this plastic cheap phone back if he goes over his data they probably want his life he don't have anything I don't see how safe link stay in business by ripping old folks and senior citizen off that's how they stay in business but they don't have a return sticker I don't have the money to send it back and neither does he so now I am going to the nursing home to sell his TV Set so I can just get the postage to send this ragley a** phone back to SafeLink I would never tell anybody to get a phone from this place the customer service ***** they talk to you very rudely I wish the government shut this place down.

      If I could give a zero I would I am sick of this government phone it's junk the thing I told them customer service to send me a new phone they refuse to do that it stays stuck and stalled there 25 GB runs out way to quick I can't even shut it off this is ridiculous. I should file a complaint plus report this to the FSSA office here on Indiana you all are sending out phones and the service combine is a joke it's junk plain and simple and I am going back to my old provider at least if there is an issue with my phone they can fix it or give me a replacement.

      If it were possible to give them zero stars as that's what they should be getting. I applied to Safelink wireless less than 6 months ago and got approved for their lifeline plan. I also applied for the *** through their website. I waited to get upgraded to the *** plan but they never did. I called Safelink wireless and tried to understand why I had zero minutes if I'm supposed to have unlimited calls and texts. The agent just, smirky, said "You must've used up all your minutes". So then I call *** and they tell me to apply through the *** website and I got approved. I asked why Safelink hadn't given me the *** and she said that they were supposed to provide me with login information to see the status of my ***, which they never did nor did they reach out in any way. I only talked to the actual *** people because a nice agent from Safelink told me to do so. I called Safelink again to get it sorted out but they kept telling me that I wasn't approved! I called *** again and they said I was approved and they had no clue as to why Safelink would assume I wasn't approved and they must be doing something wrong. In the end, I never got upgraded to the *** plan through Safelink wireless. I just switched carriers and I now have my *** through this other carrier. Safelink is not your way if you want a free phone and service through ***. Go another route. Don't waste your time. I wasted my time.

      Safelink in the past there were no issues. But since the merger with ******** I have noticed a difference in customer service, for example, their agent tried to sell me a sim card for $99.00. Or the time that I try to order a new Smart Phone using the Safelink product web page, but I had to purchase the Smart Phone somewhere else as their webpage would not allow me to complete the purchase. The new complaint filed here is the failure of Safelink with their shipping. When I purchase the sim card for Safelink and request 1 to 2-day shipping, and paid the additional cost of shipping. The reason for the 1 to 2-day shipping, is as my mother is having surgery, and the need my mother to be able to contact me by calling my phone. I order the phone on Thursday, and *** delivered the sim card on Monday, not the 1 to 2-day paid shipping. To any Safelink customer, do not pay for the extra shipping expense, as they do not honor the customer's request.

      I am extremely disappointed with Safelink Wireless ***************** I have been without telephone service (calling and receiving) for three days. I have been calling customer service for three days and I am still without service, they have kept me on hold for well over an hour; I have requested a call back at a specific time and I received an automatic AI call back in Spanish, a prerecorded auto message in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish! My service has been suspended and there's no way to reactivate and no live person to speak to on the telephone to help. I have an approved Lifeline benefit and my service is not working. Their website is not helpful either, there's no way to reactivate or reenroll; the Webmaster is incompetent. I plan to notify my congressman of Safelink Wireless's unreliable customer service and discriminating business practice towards Lifeline costumers.

      This company says their BBB credited. BBB needs to investigate all the complaints. I personally woke up this morning 10/2/2022 with no service no explanation no email and nothing mailed to me. I called got the run around hung up on .HOW IS THIS A BBB CREDITED ********!!!???

      I know that nothing will come of this but SafeLink wireless treats people horribly.I have been a customer of them for some time now and they have done nothing but disrespect me.My first phone I couldn't use and I didn't complain to them which I should have so I purchased a ** phone with my stimulus check and it worked fine and at the very last minute they notified me of the network change and shut off my phone they said I was eligible for a free phone but had none in stock then they rudely told me they were not replacing my phone that I had to reapply so I did.It took them forever to send me another phone.On my birthday I received a defective ******* phone from them and guess what I am not eligible for a replacement and I don't know why.I wish someone would do something about this company.I am on SSI I can't afford to purchase a phone.

      The phone number that I put down on my account is a friend's number which he kindly lets me use when I need to make a phone call.I don't have a phone because they sent me a defective one.
