      100% worst Billing department and collaboration between
      Royal Caribbean and Affirm company. According to FTC (federal trade
      commission) statement and advertisement between Royal Caribbean and
      affirm company and presence of Affirm on Royal Caribbean company website
      confused customer, plus they have internal glitch on payment and later
      mess up reservations.

      The worst cruise line!!! Stay away and book with ***. Our boat received a 86 from the *** and my father almost died from the flu after contracting it on symphony of the seas. Its public info and you can read about it on the feb 2nd-9th cruise ship. Terrible service and customer is absolutely a joke of its own.

      Royal Caribbean 'Vision of the Seas' leaving *********, ******** from 2/13-2/21/25, Reservation # *******. Concerns include inadequate handling insect infestation, poor medical care, limited ability to engage in preferred activities, additional medical expenses of over $400 due to poor sanitary conditions on board. 1) Failure to follow investigation of insect infestation protocols, leading to need for a second inspection to be done. On 2/17/25, I reported multiple visible bite marks on both my calves to the State Room Attendant. Housekeeping Supervisor informed me my room would be inspected without my presence, which was against Royal Caribbeans policy 2. Despite multiple red visible bites and intense itching, **************** informed me that its $250 to receive medical care (not including medication) unless housekeeping first confirmed the presence of bedbugs, nevermind it could have been scabies etc. 3. I Loosed 3 full days of my trip due to activity restrictions as per MD instructions. A complaint to ************ Services Officer was dismissed as allergies, and also told me I didn't have to be present during room inspection, he refused to take any action. 4. No compensation, refund, or accountability from guest services, housekeeping taken despite clear service failures. 5. ****************, confirmed insect bites but provided low-quality free samples of 1% cortisone with minimal relief. MD report said no 'redness,' and severity minor, yet I had to receive antihistamine and steroid injections later same day. 6. I was still charged daily gratuity, and ultimately paid out over $400 for medical expenses and medications. Requested Resolutions of a partial refund since we missed a port we paid for (Bimini) and at the least, coverage for medical expenses that were out of pocket, both were denied I am extremely disappointed with the way my concerns were dismissed by Royal Caribbean and I would sincerely recommend avoiding any cruises on this ship.

      Steer clear of Royal Caribbean, utterly disgusted with them. They changed my itinerary and had us going into 2 very unsafe ports. We didn't feel comfortable since it was our first time cruising so we canceled. I had even asked to switch our dates or put us on a different ship and they refused. So much for purchasing insurance only to walk away with nothing. Very disappointed. One very expensive ****** learned!

      They canceled our ports. Made us go somewhere else we didn't want to go. Took us to a second private island witch you had to pay for everything there as well.Didn't give us any refunds or credits or anything for free. Kept out 10k took to places we didn't even want to go. We wouldn't even paid half that for the new location they sent us.

      I put down a $2000 deposit less than two weeks ago and tried to cancel or change her reservation because I found the exact same cruise through *******They refused, and I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

      Don't ever try cancelling with Royal Caribbean. I was told that I was going to be charged at 25% fee for cancelling 75 days out. Instead out of almost $4000 they kept everything but $1200. When I called to complain they said that they were returning all that they were going to return and that I needed to take it up with the insurance company. They didn't even try to help me resolve it.

      I debated on leaving this review. I have two sons who are in power wheelchairs when we booked this we spoke with them on the phone explaining our situation. The lady was helpful so it seemed we stated we had 5 of us in total and two were in chairs. She set us up in an *** cabin that we didn't fit into my wife and daughter had to get another room on the other end of the ship. There was nothing my two boys could do but drive around the ship the one pool lift that worked was in the very front of the pool for everyone to watch and there were no pool lifts on the hot tubs. The kids club had a gate that the chairs would not go through. the teen room they could not even make it to. there was no seating where we could be together for any of the activities except ***** that we had to pay extra for. All in all the worst experience we have ever had. The elevators are a joke to go down one flight was a 20 min ordeal that was X2 one guest tried to fight one of my kids in his wheelchair. this was just an absolute joke if someone calls you with *** needs and this is what you give them its just robbery.

      Very disappointed. After sailing with them for years. The ship was in need of repairs and the crew didn't care. We were denied privileges that we earned by sailing with them so long. We won't sail with them again.

      Yeah they dont properly wash their glasses. I drank literal bleach because they didnt rinse their cups. Not only that, but my wife and I were held back from leaving with a surprise charge we were not told about. NOT ONLY THAT but it was cold and raining when we arrived at the island, so we skipped on the waterpark, and i didnt even need a refund i was okay with credits for shopping but i was GUILTED for even asking! They are money hungry scammers who only care about profit. It is a disgusting shameful practice.
