    Excel Impact is issuing spam emails to my address. The emails to market insurance products. The emails are unsolicited and offensive to me. When calling their customer complaints number, nobody actually answers the phone.

    We have received your request via BBB. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have taken prompt action based on your request and have sent out a DNC to all of our partners as of 12/15/2022.

    Our company works with 3rd parties who utilize their own internal email lists for advertising our offer. We do not allow any of these partners to spam or send emails where they do not have permission. In cases where we find violations of this policy we take action promptly. We are constantly working on improving our internal processes to ensure that these partners are being monitored and are sending compliant emails to people who want them.

    Excel is Insurance spammer, no way to opt out once they have your contact info.

    I believe this company is selling information unethically. I signed up for a quote and have since asked to be removed from their call list twice to no avail. I unsubscribed from their e-mail list as well. I cannot connect to an actual agent or representative to discuss this issue, they just hang up on me every time. I have received over 100 spam calls in the last three days despite my attempts to block calls and contact this company. Please help me and others who might be harassed by this company and possibly scammed.

    When a consumer fills out our form, we connect them with a 3rd party insurance agency that can help them find an insurance plan. These 3rd party agencies each have their own internal policies for handling consumer contact, but our goal is for all consumers to have a satisfactory experience when they come to our sites. We are constantly working on improving our internal processes to ensure that our partners are treating customers with dignity and respect. In cases where we find violations of this policy, we take action promptly.
