      I recently moved in with my partner and was shocked to discover she had been living in hazardous electrical conditions for over a year in a newly built home by Lennar Homes, still under warranty. This home has experienced frequent electrical failures, including power surges, intermittent outages, and critical appliance damage. Despite repeated service requests, Lennar Homes has failed to resolve these safety concerns.The assigned electrical contractor, ******** Electric, made the situation worse. During one visit, a technician removed the kitchen smoke detector and left it disconnected, compromising the home's fire safety. My partner was harassed by ******** and so uncomfortable with how she was treated that she asked the technician to leave. The repeated failure to restore safe, working electrical infrastructure is deeply disturbing and unacceptable for any homeowner, especially in a supposedly brand-new home. Lennar continues to tell my partner to call ******** in a very unprofessional way.Currently:* Lights flicker every time the ** turns on.* Breakers trip weekly, including the fridge circuit, which causes food spoilage.* Garage lights burn out constantly.* A brand new 8K TV was destroyed by a surge.* The ** system underperforms due to unstable power delivery.* Entire sections of the home lose power without warning, even when no appliances are running.We are now investigating the homes wiring and Lennars handling of this issue with legal ********** homeowner should experience this level of stress, risk, and neglect. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing a home from Lennar or working with ******** Electric. The health, safety, and peace of mind of homeowners should never be compromised.

      If I could leave Negative stars I would. Lennar does not deserve 1 star. From before closing, there have issues with the structure and craftsmanship. The Lennar salesman lied about the size of property, even lying about in a property map, they give me buyers. Cheap and low quality materials and construction. We a warranty list of over 100 items that need to be fixed including HVAC but install properly, electrical and plumbing issues. Defects in walls and ceilings. Irrigation and drainage issues. There is not enough room to list everything. Lennar has washed their hands off fixing the bad quality they give homeowners. They have no problem taking money and raising house prices on the public though.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Been in our townhouse in ******** in ************, ******* for 1 year 5 months and have a roof leak where the flashing was not done correctly. It's a structural issue and when ****** ******** showed up for the visit, she clearly saw the damage and spot where the leak is coming from. She said it's not "structural" and the only explanation she gave me was if a roof truss was falling that would be structural. Horrible experience and they do not stand behind their workmanship. She didn't even know what the warranty covered. Page ************************************ bowed structural components shall not crack (the flashing is cracked) which is causing the leak in the roof. I will be contacting an attorney. Stay far away!

      Lennar garbage is more like it! They will install trash and garbage that will break in no time at all. Did your AC unit break after 2 years even though it is supposed to have a lifetime of ***** years? Oh well, with Lennar, they will use a faulty one and stick you with the bill because s**** you. Lennar are trash builders and will lie to your ******** I get to look at dealing with a whole new AC unit after 2 years because this company employs thieves who cut corners. It is 95 degrees per day and it will be a week before I can get a tech out here. Lennar are nothing but greedy, untrustworthy scumbags who will s**** you over for a dime.This is not including the electrical they did wrong which could have burned the condo set down or refusing to open the *** books and increasing prices without reason or knowledge, but those are other stories for another day since they refuse to let us manage our own ***.Bottom line, Lennar will leave you in a dangerous, unsafe house that will cost you sooner than later.

      As ******************, I was aghast at how they have handled my Agents closing. When an Agent works for some times more than 3 months to get a client to closing, the last thing thing they need to deal with is getting paid. First they sent an email to the agent, not the broker with an check. The bank was unable to cash echeck Lennar was informed of this. Their company policy says no wiring commission checks unless international with no exceptions. So a week later, have yet to receive regular check from them. Later we were told that they can make regional exceptions but later told absolutely not. Still waiting for a tracking number from there head office in ***** This has been a horrible situation. There are couple other issues with the house itself, but This out shines it all. Pay us our money. Signed angry Broker

      I moved into a brand new house back in February of this year and I been having problems here and there with my home. A big one is the ac and lennar think its ok to leave me and kids with no working ac for over a week. And ******,az is really hot. I keep getting the runaround saying they are swamped with calls blah blah. Of course its not their kids sleeping at temperature 85

      We were told by Lennar in ********** that there would be a walking trail. After moving in, and transferring to ******** HOA, we were told there is no trail going in and no maintenance is planned for the area. The sign that is right outside or lot begs to differ. See picture attached. We are starting to have buyer's remorse.

      We are not happy with the construction quality that this builder has. The only thing is on time delivery
