I'm in the process of buying a house and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare, full of lies and unprofessional personal I do not wish this on anyone. Before we sign any contract we spend a day with one of the Sales Representatives *********************. This individual was always back and forth when we ask a direct question about the price of the house or why the house did not have the floors installed. Every question asked he evade given a vague answer. All he knew was to say is not my department so he did not know. After spending a day with no answers, we decided to continue because we liked the house. Once we sign the contract EVERYTHING GOT WORSE. ********************* did not care about us, nor the business, and did not care to help us with the questions we had when he said an expert will help us. He did not CARE. It did not stop there. When we did the papers with Lennar Mortgage one of their employees assigned to "help us" with all the questions called ***** was even worse. The first time he called us because we needed to sign papers but we had so many questions we did not want to sign before my questions were answered, for us the working middle class is already hard enough to buy a house even harder if you do not understand. Unfortunately for him next time he called, he called by MISTAKE, when I tell you this man talked so many horrible things about us, and talked hideous, negative, also making FUN of our questions and making us look like we were stupid, ****** talking to ********************* about us the clients, the ones providing the business. He was all out, talking horrible things about us. Imagine as a customer; How will you feel listening to all the lies he was spreading? Where is the integrity of this place? Where are their bosses? Where is corporate? Now I am about to close my house with the highest interest, with not even a ***** less for the house with no floor, yes they are giving me the house with cement with no floor, and more questions that I had before. Now they are t

We purchased a home about 1 year ago. The process was terrible with high turn over in field managers. The sales representative we were working with left and we were left without a contact while building. After the process was terrible. They put a nail through the dryers 240v wire. I was shocked and they could only say it was my fault. They didn’t give us our radiant barrier we requested and paid for and blamed us for picking it.
Also, the contractors speed through the roads and have almost hit me and my children on the road. The worst offender is Ray the sales person who’s rude and unhelpful.
While the neighborhood is great in Seguin. The builder shouldn’t be allowed have more construction till they fix their issues.

I recently bought a house from Lennar and at my final walk I spoke with the warranty representative for Lennar he made the process seem very easy and smooth for any service request but after my closing I try to call him he doesnt answer my calls I text him he doesnt respond back and its very hard to reach him. I had a service request for a leak one month after I closed on my house a technician came and after he left I had the warranty representative call me saying that this leak is my fault and Im going to be charged for it Ive only owned this home for one month exactly so its still covered under warranty he doesnt want to listen to any reasoning and he just accuses me for the fault which is something I had nothing to do with it was the shower drain not being installed correctly at the initial build of the house. Theyre very unprofessional in everything they dont return calls and they always try to blame you for any mistakes to get out of paying. Theyre thieves, unprofessional and liars!!

      1. Once you sign the dotted lines, communication will be minimal and they will have you walk the journey on your own.2. They will give you an estimated closing date, and in my case, they rushed me to close due to they needed to meet their corporate goals on how many new residents they are able to get into their homes.3. I had a huge leak in my home when I moved in, and initially I thought they would just remove and replace, but they told they would only patch the walls that are wet and spray antibacterial spray and call it a day. I did not buy this home used or pre owned. I bought this home brand new. In my right, everyone should have the right to walk into their home with being new.4. Communication with your customer care manager will be a nightmare. They will promise to work on your punch list, and in my instance, nothing has been worked on for the past 3 weeks.5. Creating a punch list is great, but that comes with a huge price. You the resident will need to be home and commit several long months for them to fix what they need too. This will stress you out because as most people who work, we work typically a 9-5. Contractors and everyone else works from 8-3pm. And at the end of the day, they will say this is out of our control and YOU need to figure it out.6. When you have vendors working on your home, they will not know what is happening and you will have to be the one calling the vendor to make sure their team knows what they need to work on.7. You will have a lot of emails going back and forth, and not a organized fashion on tracking what are still pending and what are not.8. Lennar team will express to you that will guide you along the journey, but its far from the truth and I am absolutely disappointed.

Buyer Beware... . We moved into our new contruction home in 2019. We have had multiple issues. The most current is our electrical panel. We have had multiple breakers fail. We reached out to Lennar ************* and they politely told us we were out of warranty. We never had to even call an electrician in the previous new construction house we lived in before purchasing with Lennar. Yesterday was the third time a breaker failed. Very scary to have this many electrical issues in a house that's this new.

I had a home built at St John’s Lake in John’s Island SC and with my 1 year warranty home repairs all has gone horrible with loss days with no one taking responsibility….. now they are closing my case because I don’t have any more days to take so that they can complete something that should have been completed months ago. I have loss 4-6 days sitting home with no shows by Lennar contractors with other days having them show up after 2 pm and working as late as 7 pm but yet they are claiming that their laborers hours of operations are 8 am to 5 pm. I don’t understand how they can get away with treating us this way…. Shame on you Lennar

Have had multiple issues. They are done subpar. Been lied to multiple times during build and even after closing. AC is still not right, was lied to by AC service and upper management of builder. They had to touch up mortar because it was crumbling and it still isn’t correct, it’s actually a different color. Just tired of the lies and poor craftsmanship

Lennar homes in ******** have been good to us. We bought a brand new home and been having flooring issues ever since we bought the home. The floors was replaced through there subcontractors (interior logics) now we have a grout problem! They said they would show up and fix issues. But never show up! Me and my wife took off work for hollow tile appointment and nobody showed up or called! For the grout they want us to move out of our home three separate times. That is such an inconvenience!! Lennar is responsible for the subcontractors!!!!

Normally how the building process works, the traders go and do their job and the builder come after them and verifies everything done correctly , well not these guys, they’d actually let the homeowner catch all the flaws ,everything that slippes through the crack save them time on money .it’s like they care more about their traders than their the homeowners. We bought a house from them , and nothing was done right ,to make matters worse ,they fought us Over fixing anything, their favorite sentence was “it’s up to business standard”. We’re not even that picky people but we could see still see the crappy job all over ,gap on the floorings, curved walls electric wall plates were hand cut to make them fit Call ** crooked baseboards, gigantic dips in the concrete. I was ready to walk away the day of closing to teach them a lesson but the wife didn’t listen.

Hi team,We closed our house (Ironwood model) on Aug 25th, 2022, and in less than a week the prices of our model have been reduced by $60K.We have been sincerely following Lennar's team like mortgage, ******* money deposits (twice), title, terms, and all for everything. It has been a good experience until we hear that they have reduced the prices and didn't forecast it well enough to account for the recent buyer or at least the one who is closing close to the price reduction date. The response we get from the sales team is that they were not informed and I highly doubt that it's an overnight decision. Making such a big decision takes several days where they have to consider other factors too. For the last 2 years, Lennar has just thought of taking advantage of the market (drawing, inflated prices) and filling out their pockets. It's very disheartening to know that Lennar's team (corporate as well as sales) hasn't been very considerate/vocal about the prices. I feel they should have planned it well.I request you to please understand the situation here and provide a better solution to it.
