I honestly didnt think my repairs would be covered because of how expensive they were. I have had a lot of negative experiences with companies finding loopholes to not cover things but I had no issues at all and all told my repairs were over $10k (brand new transmission plus a few other things). I came away extremely impressed.Assurant, Inc.

Could have given me a couple more days to find the phone. My circumstances arnt like most, just some. So for those of us trying to be honest, it takes a little more time. I just pray y&#**;all have gotten the broken one back in time. Otherwise, it&#**;s well worth the, x** of dollars I pay each month, to know if something bad does happen, y&#**;all got my back. Even if the reason you got it is because your all over it trying to get a broken phone!! Lol thanksAssurant, Inc.

I can't think of anything you could do differently to make it an easier more improved experience. Maybe sending a person to transfer everything from old phone to new one for us older folks. HaahaaAssurant, Inc.
