      The screen on my iPhone cracked during a fall. I called ********* who sent me a link to submit an Assurant claim online. Assurant gave me the option of getting my phone repaired at a nearby ******** store that same day. The store was near the subway and had very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The technician fixed my screen but noticed my battery seemed to not be charging well, so back he went to tune up my device somehow. He worked until 10 minutes AFTER the store had closed. Such great service, and I only paid $29!

      The clam went well until they told me that I had to travel about ********************************************* ******** to have it repaired for a broken screen but the next day if fell out of my hand. The phone had to be replaced. I was fine with that and the customer ********************** guide me through the process. Now I have a phone that is working...

      I have been a ******** customer for 6.5 years. I filed an ********************** claim on 6/1/2022 through Assurant. I received the incorrect device (iPhone XR). After speaking with Assurant and ******** several of times, I was notified by a ******** specialist that when a sim card is entered into a device their system will update with what phone is being used vs the devised purchased. I was also informed that Assurant should have asked for the **** number on the damaged cell phone, which wasn't requested. (I provided them with the phone number, color, and phone (red iPhone 11)). I then called Assurant and informed them of the mishap. Assurant informed me that I must return the incorrect device sent, pay an additional $99.00 and they will send the correct phone. After additional calls made to ********, ******** calling me on my sons cell phone on his graduation day (after I asked to please call after 3:00pm), various of information provided, we decide to keep the incorrect device, (iPhone XR) even though it's a downgraded phone. I returned the damaged device (iPhone 11). Last week I noticed my ******** **** was $300.00 more than usual; only change made was removing my son from my account. I contacted ******** and was informed I am being charged a non-return fee from Assurant in the amount of $299.66. I informed the agent that the device was returned. We contacted Assurant and was informed their system is down to please call back. We called back the following day and the agent at Assurant confirmed the phone was scanned into the warehouse, to please allow ***** hours for the charges to be removed from my account. The ******** agent called me a few days later so we could follow-up and assure charges will be removed. We called Assurant and was informed that the charges will not be removed because they need the device the claim was filed on (iPhone XR), we explained that I never owned an XR, it was a borrowed phone my son was using. After speaking with several people, management,
