I almost purchased a new phone because I completely forgot about the insurance. Thank God i called the ******** Customer ********************** Desk who advised me that I had insurance and gave me the number to call. I received my phone in 2 days, once I paid the deductible. It would have arrived the next day had I paid the deductible earlier that day. Definitely worth getting.

Great support and easy claim process. I had a $1000 brand new phone and accidentally dropped it. The screen was cracked. I submitted a claim, paid the deductible, and within a week, I got my replacement. That's what insurance is for, thanks Assurant!Assurant, Inc.

This is probably the worst company I've ever encountered. I've been paying for insurance since I purchased my phone under the impression that I would be able to have my phone replaced, however when it actually comes down to submitting a claim I'm being told to wait and indefinite time to receive my phone or I have to choose a lesser phone. I have the Galaxy fold 3 there is no other phone like my phone. They are refusing to offer any kind of alternative or upgrade, instead they are suggesting I downgrade. I've been paying for device protection, I've been paying my phone **** with no issues yet here I am having the worst time trying to get my issue resolved. They consistently hang up on you with no regards to your issue and no attempts to call back. I've been hung up on 7 times for trying to resolve an issue that should have been simple from the beginning.Assurant, Inc.
