      In a time when businesses seem intent on collecting the most, in return for the least value. Assurant is a breath of fresh air. You pay and when / if the time comes that you need to access the benefit. The terms are the ones you signed up for. They make it simple for you to access your agreed benefit. They are prompt and efficient. Basically they deliver as promised. No fuss, no muss.

      WORST company ever! They don't even deserve the one star I had to give. I purchased a protection plan on my phone. I ended up losing the phone at the lake. Tried submitting a claim for them to tell me that the device was not covered during the date of incident. So it takes a couple of months for the protection plan to kick in after the purchase?? What am I paying for then? I advise anyone to think twice before doing any business with this joke they call a business.

      I will give minus 5 stars if i could. I am in the middle of filing a claim. And they are requiring that i provide a proof of purchase and the worst part ******** can't provide me with it. I have been frustrated, crying for 2 days, over 4 hours on the phone with both companies including 2 3 ways calls . And no one seem to understand what is going on. 1- How did get your coverage through ******** if i didn't buy the phone from them?2- How come you ask me my passcode to get into my ******** account but still can't see that i have the phone on the account?3- Make it make sense

      GARBAGE!! A tree fell on my property and crushed my patio furniture. I have called several times and get rerouted over to different "press # for ..." then still end up talking to no one. Why is it that I have left several unanswered messages with the insurance adjusted assigned to my claim? Just do your job! I want to leave 0 stars but this not even an option!
