      I have no comments to make as I have not had any problems with my condo up to this point. I am being charged a reasonable amount for my condo insurance that is similar to my previous insurer who was also my auto insurer when I lived at Staten Island, **** At the present time, I am living at Monroe Twp, ** for the past 6-1/2 years. I rent my condo in Staten Island to a very excellent tenant....So, no problems!

      This is one of the most deceiving companies Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. They actually promise you (I 100% PROMISE you) things they will not give you. When you call in to customer customer service you have very lengthy holds, and many hard to understand conversations. Even a Supervisor betrayed himself as a Manager, and when confronted with wanting to speak with an actual Manager, was put back in the queue to start from the very beginning. Not a company anyone would want to deal with, knowing how they do business.

      On Feb 3, 2022 I found out our GE Dishwasher had been leaking for quite a while, causing $35,000 of damage to our house. After 4 months of repairs being done, we phoned a plumber to see if the dishwasher could be repaired. He called GE to order the parts, and they told him the dishwasher could not be repaired, that one of the parts needed was manufactured into the dishwasher when it was made. At that point, on May 2, 2022, I called Lowee Protection Plan (Reference # **SSN****SSN**01) to ask for a replacement. They wanted to send out an appliance company to see if the dishwasher could be repaired, and they didnt seem to listen to my explaining that the dishwasher was not hooked up, as we had just gotten done repairing the damage it had done, and told them it took a full week for the Leak Detection company to locate the leak. They said it was procedure. The appliance company (Active Appliance) would not come out, as the dishwasher was not hooked up. We even sent a copy of the report from the leak detection company. Based on the fact the dishwasher was not hooked up, the claim was denied. I spoke to Lowes Protection Plan on: 5/2 (set up for appliance company to come out,) 5/7 (report from Leak Detention w/pictures sent,) 5/11 (Repair Status #********DF,) 5/17 (Spoke to May who 100% PROMISED a replacement, said a Case Mgr would respond in 1-2 days, then said she couldnt hear me and hung upnever heard from anyone,) 6/3 (was told I need a RAN #, then said they couldnt hear me and hung up,) 6/23 (Spoke to Supervisor **** who said hed send out the appliance company again, but they wouldnt come due to dishwasher not being hooked up,) 7/2 (bought new dishwasher, as wed been without one at that point for 5 mos and realized Lowes Protection Plan, which is in essence is Assurant, Inc., was never going to help us,) 7/19 (had to call Lowes Protection Plan again as our Microwave went out and spoke to them again about the dishwasher. Was told I would receive reimbursement for the price of the dishwasher at the time it was originally purchased for $458 which was back in 2017,) 7/26 (was told nothing had been approved. Asked to speak to a manager, was told theyd transfer the call to a supervisor, but said NO, a Manager. **** got on the phone, acted like a Manager, but once confronted as to his actual title he said he was a supervisor. I asked to speak to a Manager, he said the manager was busy, I said Id hold. He said fine and threw the call back into the original queue for me to hold. Once the call was answered I was starting from scratch, as he had thrown me back into the original queue.) At every call, after having to wait for long hold times, the entire story had to be told each time. With each call, the story got longer and longer. Its absolutely deplorable.
