It was at my door next day. Thank you! I was able to transfer the information from my old phone to the new and erase/reset the old one. I read I have until certain amount of days to return the old phone from my home mailbox. I took some days to open the box and set up everything, I realized their is a dateline to returned it. Very easy envelope to put the phone inside, seal it and mail it from my own home mail box. I hope they received it and it is not late. The phone works great. Thank you so much.Assurant, Inc.
