They are the worst ever. Their employees need re training. Tmobile should go with another company. It should not take over 60 days to refund a deductible when they recieved the device back.Assurant, Inc.

I wish I could give them ZERO starts. Convinced that they are not a real insurance company but *******!!!!! I filed a claim with them over 4 months ago, spoke to them a couple of weeks after filing my claim and then NEVER heard back from them. I called them over 50 times in the past 4.5 month and NOTHING, no email update, telephone call or even a letter about my claim. I either get send to my adjuster (who WON'T call me back) voicemail or get told by the customer service representative that they are escalating the matter. Over the past 4.5 months nothing has been done about my claim until I started seeking legal action. My adjuster now suddenly after months of not hearing back from her, pick up the phone and started talking to me like nothing has happened. I am so disappointed! Feel neglected and discrimanated against. My advice to anyone is DO NOT get this insurance company, just DON'T do it.Assurant, Inc.

The ease in being able to print my proof of insurance document upon purchase and give it to the landlord on the same day was very convenient! The signup online was very convenient and user friendly! I have already begun recommending this company for insurance.Assurant, Inc.
