      I purchased this warranty 5 years ago and each tme I tried to file a claim it was denied for various reasons. They did not cover a single item that needed repairs and it became apparent that they had an excuse every time and for every issue. I would not purchase anything from these guys. You will be wasting your money if you do.

      I had a little crack on the back of my cell phone camera. I put in a claim late Thursday afternoon and had my new phone in around 24 hours. Amazing. The process was simple, hassle free, and quick!

      My phone broke and filed a claim as I was told on July 1st. I had not heard from them so called in July 5th. The representative walked me through the issue and informed me that it was taken care of. On the 12th I received an email stating that I needed to call Assurant, after being in the phone forever, I finally spoke to a ********* could not help me and told me I needed to do it again; therefore, I did it while on the phone. It still did not work. I told her to send me an email where I could send pics back to them. She informed me they did not have an email to do this. I then informed her to give me the address and I would send it hard copy thru the mail, once again she informed me that did not have this. Let it be known they have a claim number, which proves they received my claim. Also, they already have taken the $60 dollars out of my account. She told me I had to go to a metro PC's company and have them take care of it. I told her I was bed ridden and was unable to do so. I told her at this time I was being discriminated against because she would not provided me with an email, hard mail address, she informed me I needed another device such as a computer or tablet, which I do not have. At this point she informed me, after being in the phone for over an hour, I needed to check the website in 2 hours and if it still isn't running correctly, just to keep checking. I want to know what steps I can take against this company. This is not the only time that I've had extreme problems with them.
