****************. Been without a washer for over a month. Technician been here twice ~ yet my washer is still not working properly to this point. Every time he comes out were put on the schedule for ANOTHER TWO OR THREE WEEKS! I would rather call a community technician who can actually get c*** accomplished and WAY FASTER THAN THESE CRAZIES! refrigerator down now 3 weeks. have had this company out to diagnose then was supposed to return with part to fix and the tech called out sick, a company this big should have someone to be able to take over the techs job nope had to reschedule then to be told the part is damaged when they rescheduled for repairs. now still waiting for repairs. very sad situation that a person who has paid for an extra warranty at time of purchase can't get the repairs done. I am very disappointed in this company. they don't deserve the one star but had to so I could leave a review. please beware do not use this company!Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

A technician calling out is out due to illness or family emergency is of our control. Due to the nature of the current times, availability has been affected in some areas and we try our best to accommodate all our customers with a faster turnaround time. This company should have lost their license weeks if not years ago. They falsely represent positive reviews on their website but when you look at their Google reviews, they are barely hanging on to 1 star. They do not repair the equipment up to code, technicians do not show up for the job and clearly Kitchenaid/Whirpool associated with a disgrace of an business who locks customers with Flamingo evaluating the equipment so the warranty work "starts" but then Flamingo never comes back to repair the equipment. Their coordinators do not know how to schedule jobs, their technicians do not show up or forget parts that were on the work order so they must cancel/reschedule. Absolutely a disgrace and should be disqualified from being part of Kitchenaid/Whirlpool repair system.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

Working with this company has been EXTREMELY painful. We had a refrigerator repair scheduled for over a week -- only for our service technician, *******, to show up on the day of the appointment without having the necessary equipment (nitrogen that he should have loaded on his truck that morning) for the repairs. For additional context, the appointment referenced above was a week after the previous repair appointment was canceled by their company the morning of service with no explanation. As expected, no one in their office or in the field takes accountability for the poor service they provide to customers -- If anyone reading this has alternative options for service repairs in their area, I would HIGHLY suggest exploring those before considering Flamingo.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

This company is unreliable. Flamingo Appliance Service was to replace the compressor on a refrigerator that was still under warranty with ************************* (Through **********). Over the course of two weeks, the scheduled appointments (4) were each canceled at the last minute, with excuses ranging from "can't find the part" to "the driver called off" to not showing up at all. After paying for a rental refrigerator for one week and having my tenant use an ice cooler for one week, I broke down and purchased a new refrigerator from **********. They never came to install the compressor. This company is unreliable. ********** does not use ******* anymore for warranties.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

We bought a Maytag Top Load 4.8 cu. ft. Washer with Deep Fill Option which has not worked to clean the clothes since we purchased it from ******. Clothes will come out partially dry which means they were not fully washed, clothes will come out with white stains that were not them when they went into the washer and sometimes you press the start button but it wont start.A technician from Flamingo Appliance Service has been to our house twice without resolving any above issues and on the last visit, he adjusted something and now the washer will not start at all. We have to wait almost two weeks for another technician to come fix itmeaning we cannot wash anything at our home for two weeks. Very unhappy with this service so far.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

They are horrible! Customer ********************** is horrible. They don't have email (I'm sure I know why now after reading their reviews, they don't want to hear from people). It took 24 minutes for a human to answer the phone. Then all she could do was apologize. My appointment was not in the system yet. This was my 3rd call for the same problem, and I wanted to make sure a senior tech, supervisor or manager comes to my appointment. I could not even speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold, came back and said she "spoke" to a supervisor about having a senior tech come to my appointment, but she had not "responded." "Responded? You said you spoke to her." "I meant I sent a message." They lie. They don't answer the phone. They don't have managers or supervisors. They only care about the contract with *********. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DON'T CALL THEM. DON'T RECOMMEND THEM, EVER!!!!!Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

Whirlpool told me there would be absolutely no fee for this company to come out and look at my dishwasher. I just got a text. They want 149 dollars to come out. No way. Tomorrow I call Whirlpool and ask how I can sent copies of these messages.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

I have had over 8 service calls regarding my refrigerator. They have replaced the same parts multiple times and it still does not end working. I have a warranty but they refuse to deem the frig non repairable because they want to milk the warranty company since they get paid for each service call. This company is horrible!!! And I am caught in the middle with a broken darn refrigerator that doesn't work!!Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.

Let me first say Do Not use Flamingo Appliance Service, and don't buy Whirlpool ranges. My ranges in my brand new home is sometimes Over 50 degrees off in temperature and I was told that it is operating properly. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life.Flamingo Appliance Service, Inc.
