      The service is horrible! I've been trying to get my refrigerator fixed for months! This is the company Whirlpool is using to get my fridge repaired. A tech has been out multiple times, multiple parts have been ordered, multiple last minute reschedules because they don't have a tech. I feel like I'm being kicked to the side. We have lost food and drinks because of this! Months without a working refrigerator! We purchased it in December 2021! If you don't know how to fix it...say that!!!!

      We apologize for the inconvenience and missed appointments. There have been times when no adult was home for the service to unfortunately have 2 techs out with covid at different times. I apologize and will do all I can to make sure your next appointment is scheduled quickly and completely..

      There was 1 time, initially when my teen was at home alone and they had to reschedule. That was months ago! We were not advised that an adult needed to be present. We were told someone needed to be home, no specifications as to age. We owned that and it never happened again! This has been going on since May! Please do not deflect! It's no excuse for not following up within an appropriate & reasonable amount of time! It's certainly not acceptable contacting me past the appointed time to say they are not coming out! Stop blaming the customer for this! Own it and fix it! This shows how you don't take accountability for not following through!

      There was 1 incident where my teenage son was home waiting because we were advised that someone needed to be home, no age specified. Ok, we own that! That was months ago & it was the 2nd visit. Is that how you handle this issue??? Put it back on the customer. This has been going on since May 2022. So, the fact that I received notification that no one was coming out after the appointed time is not a factor? Never received a call to say the parts have come in. No one contacted me to set up follow up service appointments. I had to call multiple times. I could go on and on, but I still have no working fridge! How many trips have you made and or canceled! Nothing from you until I made this complaint. I have been more than patient! And, this is your response? Hmmmm, how about that? Very interesting!

      Flamingo came out to fix my refrigerator yesterday July 28, which was working, but the fridge part started to freeze food. Service technical was nice and helpful, told me it was fixed and left after I paid $300. He told me it might take an hour or so to cool to where it should be. so, I went to grocery store and stocked over $100 in food. This morning, not only was the Fridge part NOT WORKING, the freezer had stopped as well. So, all the frozen stuff was thawing and the milk was just starting to turn. I called at 8am and went online to chat. Chat answered first and I told them the only reason I chose them was that Whirlpool listed them as "Experts" on these units. I paid them to diagnose and FIX the problem, not make it worse. She said the first available time to come back was Thursday August 4!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE. Then she said she would call the tech and have him contact me, OR she would text when she heard back. it is now 4:55pm, nothing, ***** It is sad that I need to call my bank to dispute this horrible service and communication. I should have read these reviews before I called them in the first place.

      We are sorry to hear you had a reoccurring issue with your refrigerator. Our goal is to complete the repair the same day if possible. However, with refrigerators there could be several reasons that *** cause a no cooling issue. I will be sending your history to the branch manager to confirm if there is a coaching opportunity for the technician in your repair case. We do typically respond to no cool service requests within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the current times, that has been challenging due to availability delays we have incurred.       I called Whirlpool for service on my new refrigerator. They scheduled an appointment for today. I received an email confirming the appointment. I waited all day and the technician was a no-show. I called at 4:00 pm and was told they had called to confirm and did not receive an answer. That is a lie. Neither I nor my husband had a call from them on our phones. We were both home all day. I called Whirlpool and filed a complaint. From reading other reviews, I can see that this company uses this lie that they called when they didn't. Don't they realize you can see on your phone if there is a missed call. Don't they realize you have windows in your house to see if their truck is outside. How can Whirlpool put up with this lack of customer service from this company? Why would they continue to pay them to lie to their customers. I wonder what kind of lies they will tell me when and if they do show up for service.

      We apologize for the inconvenience. The technician and the office called at 12:13 on 7/27/22 and received no answer but the office did leave a message the tech was on his way. Normally due to the high cost of fuel, if we do not receive verbal confirmation someone will be home on the day of service we do not go. However, I see you did confirm the day before via email, so the tech should have come and knocked on the door at least. i apologize again and ill discuss proper procedures with the technician. I do see we attempted to call you to reschedule and did not receive an answer nor able to leave a voicemail on either phone number. You are currently scheduled for Friday 8/5/22. I will note the ticket for the tech to go to the home regardless if there is an answer on the phone or not. If this day does not work for you please call our office to reschedule at 407-299-2040

      They have come to my home 4 times to fix a problem. They made a date to come back to my home to fix the same problem and then changed the time that would come to my house. They contract for whirlpool and I have to say they **** really bad. If you find out that this company is going to show up at your place ask for the different company. The give times all day and then show up at the end of the day.

      We are sorry to hear if you feel you had a poor experience with our company.  That is never our intention.  We do provide timeframes.  All customers received an automated call and email the day prior of the appointment to confirm the 3-hour timeframe on when to expect the technician.  If there is an unforeseen reason that would cause the technician to be tardy, we do contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.  We take promptness very seriously.  However, some occasions can occur which is why we have a ***** procedure to proactively communicate any changes or delays to our valued customers.  I have added a note for the technician to contact the manufacturing engineering department to provide his findings and to assure no additional trouble shooting is needed.  We thank you for your feedback and apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced.  We value your business and time.

      We called Maytag to have our $2200 washer and dryer serviced as the dryer was making extremely loud noises, kept giving us the vent needs to be cleaned error code even after I cleaned the vent, and it was spraying water inside the dryer. The washer was giving an error that the load was off balance. Flamingo came out and the first tech said he rebalanced the washer and hopefully that would solve that issue, if not call back theyd have to troubleshoot some more. He ordered parts for the dryer, so they sent another tech out that didnt installed all the parts for the dryer and said It didnt need all of the parts, he also left the shroud and controls loose and not secure all the way. I called flamingo back to ask them about that because the dryer is still making that loud noise. So they sent that by back out and he said there was nothing wrong it the dryer and that our vent just need to be cleaned from the roof, I checked the vent that vents out the side of the house and it wasnt clogged. So my wife calls Maytag to get them to come back out for the same issues and asked not to have the same tech that was out the last 2 times because she said he seemed lazy and that he didnt want to do his job. So on their 4th visit this order gentlemen said that the motor and the blower wheel were bad. The motor was covered but the blower wheel and labor was not covered since our units were a year and a half old. The quote for labor of a 45 minute job was $400 which is ridiculous for 45 minutes worth of work. They also charged us a service call fee of $150 for a call back on the same issue that the previous techs for some reason couldnt find. When I called to talk to a supervisor she tried to give me some bs reason to why we were charged this fee from a call back on their tech that was lazy worthless. I would stay far away from this company and Maytag as theyre both garbage companies to deal with!

      I am very sorry if you feel your experience was not a positive one. That is never our intention. We put a considerate amount of effort into training our technicians to be knowledgeable repair men and provide the best customer service to all our valued customers. We have received the estimate with our management team and it is accurate. The total price includes the part, required labor, and tax. Regarding the call back it does seem there was a couple of months on when the call back was created. Within this timespan it is very common a different issue cased the unit to not function as designed. We do appreciate your feedback and look forward to having the privilege of servicing your appliances again. Thank you!

      Had to use this company due to manufacturers warranty. Initial call was beginning of April. The first service was April 14th. As of today July 13th, the fourth service call, My dryer is still not working. Today the tech didnt even try to do anything on the one that needs to be repaired. It was taken apart because I was dying to find where the screws that were rolling around on the floor went and to keep my puppy from swallowing them. Also had another *** from the extended come out. He noticed the large crack at the top of the plastic piece that the controls are in. It should not take 3-4 months to fix a dryer that is less then a year old. Especially when this is your specialty.
