      Horrible customer service with this company. Bought Whirlpool Refrigerator beginning of June 2022. It worked for exactly one Month. Called Whirlpool and they quickly scheduled a tech from this company. The Tech that came out knew nothing of what he was doing and put silicone on a label inside the fridge and said that would fix the coolant issue, which I knew was not the case or the problem as my son use to repair refrigerators. Called the very next day, took them over a week to send the same guy out that then had to write up a list of parts to order. Took over a month to get the parts. The 2nd tech came out and tried to put in the R600 but they did not send him with the correct tools. Never cooled after he left. Called the next day took them two weeks to schedule the same tech out with the correct tools, put more R600 in lasted 2 days. Called on Monday, said it would be another 2 weeks to get someone out and they kept trying to schedule on a day that I told them I would not be home. Told 6 different people that I would not be available on that day and they still called me the night before to confirm that appointment. Really!! I also asked that a manager call me. I was told they would call in 24 to 48 hours. NEVER got a return call. After waiting another 2 weeks they sent the first tech out again with nothing to fix the fridge because the put on the ticket it was a water leak. AGAIN REALLY??? Now 3 weeks later I get a call last night that I am scheduled for service today. Wait all day to get an email thanking me for my service today. They never showed up. called and requested a manager call back for a second time and yet to get a call. They have been out 6 times to repair a brand new refrigerator. It works for a day or two and then stops working. I have had the fridge for 5 months and it has only worked one month. Whirlpool also horrible as they refuse to replace the refrigerator. Whirlpools customer service is just a horrible as this company.

      I apologize for the service you have experienced. The dispatches we received from the manufacturer only mentioned an issue with the icemaker leaking. I do see you have had repeated service calls which is why I have sent a Master Tech out to your home today to guide and assist the technician. They will contact the manufacturer to make sure everything is documented and determine if the refrigerator can be repaired or not. Again I apologize and will make sure i speak with the office manager to determine why no manager was ever notified to return your call.       My washer machine stopped working on 9/29/2022. I called Maytag on 10/3/2022 to get a technician to come out. They didn't have a technician available until 10/21/2022. Field appliances called me on 10/19/2022 to let me know that the technician will be out between 2pm and 6pm. It is now 10/21/2022 and I called Field appliance at 4:30 to see if the technician was still coming. The rep stated that they don't have any notes stating otherwise. The technician doesn't arrive until exactly 6pm. The technician named Andrew H. arrived at my house at 6pm. The business itself closes at 6pm. He walked in my home and looked at my washer machine (not touched, looked at it), and stated "Oh I cant touch that machine".... We asked him why and he stated that the warranty Is expired. Me looking confused because how the hell can a warranty be expired on something I bought Dec 24, 2021, and the factory warranty alone is a year. This man said "oh, it expired Jan 21,2022. I said Sir do you know how stupid that sounds.... So I bough a brand new washer machine from Best Buy on Dec 2021 and the warranty expired a month later. I told him to call his boss, he called him and supposedly his boss told him to leave because it is already 6pm. SO AT THIS POINT I DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER IS GOING TO REMAIN CALM, BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO LEAVE WITHOUT DOING A SERVICE. I called best buy on speaker phone and they told Andrew H. that I had factory warranty until 12/2022 as well as extended warranty and the geek squad tech warranty. Andrew says oh they need to send it to the office but they closed now and he smiled. I told him to call his boss back again... he lied and said oh the office is closed.... You called your boss the first time after 6, call him again... he calls back and chuckles on the phone with his so called boss and stated we not doing any services and left. And of course the office is located in Orlando and I am in Jax, Fl. They are closed on weekends and open mon to fi from 8am to 6pm.

      I apologize for your experience and inability to speak with me this morning, I was attending a funeral of a dear friend and just returned to the office. However, the unit has no date of purchase in Whirlpool's entitlement page and the serial number puts it over a year from the date it was manufactured. Also, Whirlpool did dispatch the call to us as out of warranty and you were sent an email from Fields Appliance Service advising you would need proof of purchase or be prepared to pay the trip and diagnostic charge (this may have gone into your spam or junk folder). Quite often a store may keep something in stock for months before it is sold, but the manufacturer requires us to have proof of purchase in order to service under warranty. I am the manager the tech called that night and while on the phone he did ask you for proof of purchase which you did not have. I understand you tried calling the store for proof, but we cannot take their word over the phone and would need a copy of the sakes receipt showing the model number, your name, and a date of purchase to submit with the claim in order to be covered. If you would like to supply us with that receipt we would be more than happy to cover under warranty.

      Flamingo has made several appointments for repair in our new home for Whirlpool appliances.They have cancelled each of our 4 scheduled appointments on the morning of their appointment saying they couldnt come for various reasons.Therfore we consider them totally unreliable and non caring that we rescheduled .appointments around their scheduling.There are other factory authorized repair companies in this area and we would recommend that you request them.Flamingo is unreliable and very non caring about the needs of their customers.If we had a spot to say they were a zero,we would.

      My washing machine broke so I called Whirlpool to send a repair man under my warranty. Friday about an hour before they were scheduled to show up Fields called me to say the technician was sick and wasn't coming. He was cocky and sounded like he was lying. He said the next date he could come was the following Tuesday, I was to wait Mnday for an automatic call with my new time. Then he aaid "Thankyou for taking my call". He sounded insinscere. There was no call Monday. I decided he had gotten his paycheck and wanted to go spend it. He was a real jerk. I called a different repair service, who came the next day.

      I called Whirlpool extended warranty repair to have my clothes washer repaired on 9/14/22 under an extended warranty I had purchased. The warranty company ***** in turn put me in contact with Flamingo appliance repair the same day. Flamingo said that the earliest that they could come to repair the appliance was 9/20/22. On 9/20/22, Flamingo appliance repair came out to my house to "repair" the washer. They brought NO PARTS AT ALL with them (even though I described the problem and noises that the machine was making) and did a simple diagnosis of what was needed to be replaced. When they left my house, the tech said that they didn't have the parts in stock and that it would take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to get them. I in turn called back *** to complain about the wait. On 9/21/22 *** tried to call Flamingo but couldn't get thru. They sent an email to Flamingo and said that if I didn't get a call back from them in a few days to give them a call. On 9/23/22, Flamingo called and left a message. They cancelled my upcoming service call for 9/25/22 (they never even called me to let me know they had even arranged another service call) and that they were waiting for parts. I called Flamingo on 9/26/22 to ask about what the time frame was and they said that "they had just gotten the parts in" and that they would be out on 10/3/22. On 10/3/22 Flamingo came out to my house to complete the repair. but they couldn't because they needed to order more parts. The technician said that he now needed to order in a new transmission for my washer, again a part that they did not stock! Getting in touch with them has been a nightmare. They don't have people ******* their phones. When I finally did reach a human being, I got hung up on! I have since cancelled any future repair attempts and have had to go out and purchase a new washing machine. Because this is an extended Whirlpool warranty, Flamingo is the only authorized repair shop. I'm not looking to resolve anything now!

      Through Whirlpool I was directed to their 3-party service technician Flamingo. I had to not only wait a week for service, but my scheduled appointment was not meet. I received a call at 1:32pm est advising that the service tech was a bit behind schedule however, he would still make the scheduled appointment. At 4:40pm est I contacted customer ********************** as I knew it was close to closing and my concern was the tech would not make my scheduled service appointment. Its 7:09pm est no call, no show! I was also advised that I would have to wait yet another week for a service technician. Not sure how they are rated A when they've displayed poor customer **********************, lack of commitment, no accountability and work ethic is beyond poor. This rating should be a (-) 0 and should be out of business and loose their service contract with whirlpool.

      The wait time on the phone is at least an hour every time you call. There are no guarantees that the technician will repair your appliance and if a part is on back order you are completely out of luck. Technicians do not repair it and just order parts hoping that it fixes the issue. Ive only had my washer functioning for 1 1/2 months and have already spent 2 months hoping that they can fix it and now I have to wait 21 days hoping that they can get the part and if they cant then I have to wait an additional 5-7 business days for the next steps. Worst company ever for appliance repairs.

      The Tech provided the wrong diagnostic on my Maytag washer machine which led me to buy a new machine unnecessarily. They also refused to return the $130 fee charged for the visit.

      They wasted our time on two separate occasions. The first ********************** kept saying that he wanted a hug and left without repairing anything. ******* was friendly, but too friendly, and did not repair one thing. In fact, he told me that he would just order the part and I could put it on myself. I explained to him that I dod not do that type of work. I mean, if I did, what would be the purpose of having their service. So the drawer came and we had a death in the family and it delayed our progress of getting them back out. When I called to reschedule, they sent another technician who was very unprofessional as well. The second guy was *****. ***** entered our home, without introducing himself, in fact, he stood and simply stared at me. So I said, okay, you don't introduce yourself, but let's go ahead and get this drawer repaired on my refrigerator. He said, "Oh they put you down for two washers." This was nonsensical. I had to return the first washer by ****** because it was doing the exact same thing that this one is doing: Steaming up the buttons while in cycle. I have no idea what the quality department at Whirlpool/Maytag is doing, but I will also be reaching out to them about their horrible service repair providers. No one pays thousands for a warranty and then is met with so many representatives who get to your home and want to stand around and talk on their cellular handset like ***** did. I told him to go back outside when he came in and said he did not have a refrigerator on his list. From there he proceeded to stand around and debate why he wasn't going to fix anything. ******* second time coming into our home, I received a call while contacting the Flamingo office and the representative stated that he could in fact replace the drawer. When I told him that, he debated it. Then we went down stairs and he stood around stretching and looking around while he was I guess about to run an entire cycle on my washer.       I have never been treated so poorly by a company as by flamingo appliance. My Maytag washing machine which is still under warranty stopped working in late July. I was referred to flamingo appliance as the service company to take care of the warranty service. It is now the end of August 2022 and my washing machine is still not repaired. I have had two technicians come out and the first technician did not order all of the parts apparently and the second technician ordered the parts but my service would still not be scheduled for another two weeks. I have spent several hundred dollars at laundromats because I have been informed by flamingo that the parts were on back order. I get inconsistent information, the representatives are rude, the scheduling department seems to be completely different from the service department and The bottom line is the work is not getting done that was promised. I will be talking to Maytag directly and also seeking out other ways to ensure that flamingo is not recommended further as the warranty service provider.

Due to the nature of the current times, we have experienced many delays with parts and availability. We are completely at the mercy of the manufacturer and part distributors regarding part availability. We do follow up weekly with the manufacturer on part ETA. From what we can see the parts were order the same day the technician was at your home. It is unfortunately the parts were on backorder and fully understand the inconvenience you incurred without having a working washer.
