  The mattress arrived on the day promised and in good condition. It was a little difficult for an old man to get it from outside, through the house, down stairs and onto the bed to open. with all that i am now stronger but I sure do sleep well. Thanks for a really nice product.

  Bed arrived in a damaged box, completely wide open, looking like it hit everything but the daily double. We opened it and the mattress inside was fine. The "Luxury Firm" is no better than the *************** mattress we've been sleeping on for 10 years... which we gave to our 11 year old upon the arrival of our ********. We have the same problem others have mentioned, with the corners. They are "droopy".All-in-all I'd say we're "satisfied". Not worth the hassle of returning, but might have had better luck with some of the others we were strongly considering. I'm giving it a 4 because there is no 3.5 option.

  Love this bed. Instantly fall asleep and wake up refreshed. Very soft yet very firm. Ordered the luxury firm.

  High quality bed. We got the Firmer model which is very supportive with a nice squishy pillowtop. Definitely would recommend to anyone who hates sinking into beds.

  ******* mattress arrived with a messed up corner that is not recovering. I emailed ******* support and received boiler plate response. This was a replacement mattress, not my first ******* mattress and I know what the corners look like. I replied to the boiler plate message and was ignored.

  I'm delighted with my purchase. I found WinkBeds customer service very responsive, and my pre-purchase questions were answered promptly and helpfully. I was nervous about ordering the softer mattress, so the option to exchange it for the next firmness level if it didn't work out helped me take the chance of ordering sight unseen. (The last mattress I tried was from a company with a local showroom where I tried it before buying, but it didn't work out for me! I'm not convinced that trying in person helps me know how a mattress will feel in the long run.) Anyway, after my first few nights, I can say the WinkBeds "softer" is not too soft! I'm 5'4" and weigh 110. I start on my side but shift to different positions all night. I was concerned "soft" meant very little support, causing lower back pain like another soft mattress I tried years ago. That has not been my experience so far. Also, I sleep hot and hoped that the "cooling" ability of this mattress was true. It's not an AC, but there is a sense of coolness. I'm hoping I'll stop tossing and turning so much! I expect my comfort to improve as the mattress adjusts over the next few weeks.

  The corners of the mattress are not well stuffed. You can feel the coils with just tabbing your finger tips. I will compare to others and see if I return it or get a replacement . Definitely not the way it should be for a mattress that costs over $1000.The rest is very good.
