  The bed arrived in a timely manner, which was very nice. I don't think I can really do an accurate review at this point. I have slept on it for over a week now, but the jury is still out. I ordered the luxury firm so that I could have a firm mattress for my health issues, but also was hoping for the "luxury" part to give plenty of comfort and cushion to the top of the mattress. At this point, I would have to report that I am not feeling enough of a comfort layer on the top. In my experience, you can know pretty early on if a mattress is right for your needs. I'm still unsure, even though it seems to be well made, whether it will work for me.

  I have it still rolled up in the plastic, but out of the box. Awaiting a new bed that will be delivered next week and have already donated the old bed ************ is coming & going around here and nowhere to open it up and lay it out at the moment. Very impressed with the quick turnaround from time of order to delivery!

  Delivery of my king-size WinkBeds GravityLux Soft was fine. The mattress is firmer than what I expected. WinkBeds describes it as a 4, but to me it feels like a 6. I called WinkBeds seeking a return, but I was told the bed softens over time and to give it at least a month. The problem is I am undergoing surgery in a couple of weeks and would really like a soft bed to come home to after my hospitalization. It would be more difficult to arrange for a return while I'm recovering from the operation, but that appears to be my only choice. I am 5 foot 11 and weigh 140 pounds, and I am a side sleeper. I have my doubts that this WinkBeds GravityLux will ever be soft enough for me.

  The package, box arrived pretty beat up, side was torn so I thought the mattress might have been damaged, but it wasnt. Waited 24 hours as recommended, but there was no off gas, weird smell. The mattress was easy to open and is comfortable. Im a side sleeper with joint pain and so far Ive been able to fall asleep easily, I dont wake up during the night because Im uncomfortable, or pressure points. The mattress is firm enough, so its good compromise if someone likes soft and another likes a harder mattress. The quality and manufacturing is 5 stars. I can tell the people that made it really cared about making a great product. It exceeded my expectations for ordering online and transitioning to hybrid. Way better than the in store experience. So far great, no intention of returning. Thank you :)

  The Luxury Firm is where it is at! After sleeping on one for a year now moving out on my own I loved it so much, I bought a second one. I expect it to last a decade or more. Really excited.
