You have to go to a proctored exam for the online test even if you pass the state exam. If you are not in a big city it is a major hassle to go find a proctor. They are not clear that you have to do that. Also, the videos are super boring and outdated. Most of there chapter test repeat the same question multiple times. It is not a bad option for the online and maybe others are also crappy but over all The site and course was thrown together to capitalize on a state requirement. Not a product produced passionately at all.

This course was easy to digest. I love how it allows 1yr to complete because as a mom & working full time, I needed a longer time. I did try to take another course but they only allowed 7mths & I ran out of time. This course was also less expensive so I felt like I got my money’s worth. I was able to take the exam & pass. Now I’m preparing for the state exam. I plan on purchasing their prep package.Real Estate U Online, LLC

Course was organized and easy to follow and understand. Staff is extremely professional and they respond to all emails quickly, efficiently and professionally. I also love the ******** page. I recently took an online real estate class and couldn't be more pleased! The course was incredibly effective, offering everything I needed to prepare for the real estate exam. It was easy to follow, self-paced, and provided a safe, online learning environment. I appreciated the flexibility to learn at my own speed without feeling rushed. Amazing experience! After studying the course fast paced for less then 3 week passed both school and state exam right away. While still studying the course I was hired by top NYCs real estate agencies which started to train me before my real estate course was finished. With all that pressure a passed both school and state test right after finish of my course. Plus Im a foreigner and legal terminology was actually hard for me. I enjoyed them they go through ever step you need to know and very knowledgeable although I feel like it should also have some kind of course chapter that is based on the state exam. Why I say this is because I have took the test and the test wasnt nothing like the course pre exam they have!Real Estate U Online, LLC
