I took my final exam and passed, but when I had to do a lookup for licensing the site stated I did not complete.After paying another $59 to extend and another $75 to retake exam at proctored site it stated I passed.When trying to reach someone at ***************************, they stated they did not have a phone number for me to contact them, only email.

I love the RealEstateU, I started my training to apply for a real estate license here in ***** and the training was great. they explained everything very good and easy to understand. Also the training prep for the exam was a great help. I passed all my requirements and I am ready to start my business. thank you Real Estate U for all the great training provided and all the tools. 4 starsThis course was affordable, the material was divided into chapters that you could read or listen to, and they were easy to digest and understandable. The practice exams at the end of each chapter were also helpful for studying. Additionally, I liked the self paced nature of the course, and I passed both finals on the first try. The ******** group kept me feeling like I had a bit of a community while studying on my own. I am now getting ready for the national/state licensing exam, so I will be using the material to prepare for that as well.I gave 4 stars and not 5 due to the typos throughout the material. That was a little frustrating, since the typos weren't just in the study material but the practice exams as well. Outside of that though, I had a great experience!Would recommend to others for sure.Review fromJenna L

Your curriculum was great but the ******* site was terrible to me. I paid $15 for schedule for 9:40pm. But I could take test 12:20am next day passing 2 and half hour due to bad support.Real Estate U Online, LLC

You have to go to a proctored exam for the online test even if you pass the state exam. If you are not in a big city it is a major hassle to go find a proctor. They are not clear that you have to do that. Also, the videos are super boring and outdated. Most of there chapter test repeat the same question multiple times. It is not a bad option for the online and maybe others are also crappy but over all The site and course was thrown together to capitalize on a state requirement.
