I have completed the REAL Estate U course and I am pleased with the course structure and the video presentations. I have learned a great deal. The information was presented in an interesting and clear way . The Chapter activities were helpful. Also if I had a question, it was quickly responded to and explained.

The information is good, but this company is a complete racket. I aced my practice exams and found the final exam to be a little more difficult, so I purchased a *** exam prep package for 80 dollars that literally asks the SAME exact questions os the original package I purchased. The state exam prep course summarizes specific material from the pre-licensing course and focuses on the topics that you will encounter on the licensing exam. The course content is not significantly different because the state exam tests on the material from the 77-hour course curriculum. The prep course is a concentrated course with practice exams that are worded similarly to that of the state exam.
