      If I could give zero stars I would these people are robbing the community blind by telling you the only way to keep your service is to top up or you will lose your phone number which Ive had for sometime from ***** never had to top up my phone to keep my service avoid if possible or youll be dealing with people only wanting to take your money but not help you with further service to keep you active

      I had a terrible experience with Stand Up Wireless and strongly advise others to stay away. This company either sold or exposed my personal information, which directly led to someone ************ opening a service in my name. I was never notified, never protected, and now Im dealing with the fallout.Whats worse is their complete lack of accountability. They havent taken responsibility, nor have they offered any help to fix the situation. If you qualify for free government assistance, do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable provider. Stand Up Wireless is a scam, plain and simple. Avoid them at all costs.

      Since * **** went under, my phone that i use lifeline on doesnt work. so i went with standup wireless and i was suppose to have my sim before christmas and of course they said it was delivered and it was not. Also I have to use the phone at least once every 30 days to continue getting this service and I cant because I do not have my sim card that they were suppose to deliver. I think this company is fraudulent!

      Terrible when two representatives make no sense and then I ask for a representative and they make matters even worse. Horrible customer service and then try to scam you out of money they ask if I need more data or minutes because I ran out of my limit? Which is unlimited while they have never resolved the issue I was having in the first place. Wow. Don't not recommend.

      If you’re considering StandUp Wireless, think again. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I reached out to them about a replacement SIM card and was left in complete radio silence for 24 hours. When they finally responded via email, they assured me that a new SIM card would arrive in "a couple of days." Naturally, I assumed this meant two or three business days. But guess what? It never arrived.
      When I tried following up, things went from bad to worse. I was kept on hold for a ridiculous 40 minutes when calling their customer service. In desperation, I turned to their chat system, thinking it might be faster. Big mistake, it was just as slow and frustrating.
      After what felt like an eternity, someone finally got back to me with a tracking number. That’s when I discovered the truth: they hadn’t even shipped the SIM card yet. It was still in the pre-shipping process (at the time of posting, it STILL is)! Why make me wait for so long just to give me false hope?
      Thankfully, I had enough of this incompetence and switched over to Safelink. While their service isn’t perfect and I did encounter similar issues, it wasn’t nearly as bad as this debacle with StandUp Wireless. At least Safelink delivered on their promises, and I finally got my SIM card.
      StandUp Wireless clearly has no respect for their customers' time or trust. Their poor communication, endless delays, and lack of accountability make them one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs if you value your sanity.
      I only gave them one star because it was required. I'd give them ZERO.

      I sat on hold for 55 minutes to have them hang up on me!! When i finally got a person, he was rude, didnt help me at all. And i still have zero service!!!

      Stand up wireless is holding my phone number hostage they will not let me Port it to a different carrier. was on hold for over 3 hours when a customer service finally answered the phone and he did not know how to do his job. Do not do any business with stand-up wireless they are a joke.

      I wish I could give them negative 10 stars they refuse to pay people on time I have several **** on my team that have not been paid they keep making excuses and keep the **** pay for extra weeks they are horrible horrendous company to ever do business with they have not paid there bills they owe T-Mobile also for unpaid cell towers they are in breach of contract with my wife she still has not been paid yet again and again this keeps happening

      I like the service don't have to pay a bill.. love The phone I don't like the charge port on top of the phone 32 gig of memory should have been higher 64 or 128 It's a government phone
