      I worked for ***** ******** for almost a year and my training was in ********, ****. I was one of his top agents but I had to resign because my car was no longer reliable. I returned all devices to one of the newly hired trainers only to find out a week or so later that I may be facing Larceny charges in the 5th degree which will leave a stain on my criminal record. Throughout my employment anytime I had a device that I couldn't activate I'd either return it to the office, my former supervisor or his trainer and he has yet to provide any record of the phones I returned. He is now demanding $900 from me because the company is saying he's responsible but he putting it on ****** I see why the company has such a high turn over rate. My reputation is on the line and this man could care less about my family or my bills.

      working for this company they give you no training. When you make an error they don't communicate that to you and when you make the same error for the second time they terminate your log in with no warning. When you reach out to management they don't respond. Just trying to warn people be careful if you go to work for them and be prepared to be the lowest paid on top that in that industry.

      If I could give zero stars I would have. They are collecting consumers personl information in regards to government benefits. I sent my application through **** 2-day shipping (confirmed delivery) and I was told by the StandUp *** that the application wasn't in their system. I was then instructed to send another through email, which I did. After calling to check the status of that application, I was again told they didn't receive the application and I'mnot in their system. Mind you, the applications have a copy of my id and a copy of a benefit card/letter. When I was asked to submit yet another application, I refused and told the *** they are scamming people and committing fraud. They are harvesting information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      On August 27/28 I contacted Standup Wireless to inquire if my phone was under warranty I was told it was. I then explained that my phone was not charging and that when I tried to turn it off it turned itself back on. The agent refused to send me a replacement phone but told me that I had to send the phone to the warehouse to be examined and that I had to pay for shipping. I was told after examining the phone THEY WOULD DECIDE if I would get a replacement phone. I can not wait weeks for a determination because I have medical appointments that I have to keep. My other option was to buy one of their phones which is a scam. Never buy from these kind of providers who is over scene buy the government. One also should not have to pay for shipping a prepaid box/ package should be sent to return the phone they are the provider. After talking with a Supervisor and got nowhere I immediately applied with a different carrier whom I know provides quality service where Standup does not.

      Worst government phone service EVER. YOU'RE BETTER OFF USING THE TRADITIONAL METHOD OF 2CANS AND A MILE OF STRING FOR COMMUNICATION. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO INMATES IN PRISON, OR BETTER YET USE PIGEONS YOU BE HEARD THAT WAY.

      The sales group flooded my apartment community and started asking my residents for names, social security numbers in exchange for a free phone. I have no soliciting signs on my property and did not give permission for them to be on private property scamming my residents. I asked them to leave and was responded to in a very unprofessional way and the young man asked me if I was ok? being rude and told me he has permission to be here, which is not true at all. I asked them to leave 5 times and then told them i would call the police and at that time they left. The young man was so aggressive and rude. Getting owners/managements approval before you go onto private property is how legitimate businesses conduct themselves. Standup wireless seems to be scammy.

      I noticed that they kept charging me $5 , 5 times a day. I had to help get my stepdad and my brothers phone turned on so I paid for their service to come back on. The guy on the phone said it was going to be five dollars minimum so thats what I paid but little did I know they would charge me five times each day so thats like $25 a day. And then I called back about it and they said they want to speak to the person who is associated with the number so I put my brother on the phone and they claim that one time that they didnt see his number listed and so I feel like theyre stealing my money.

      The agents seem to not understand English they also refused to transfer you to a supervisor if you have any issues with your services being transferred without your permission they seem to be of their opinion to call of the life line support center the national verifier I have called the national verifier total of 16 times they have given me the answer which is a application number to give to them to stand up wireless and stand up wireless so they will do is tell you to reapply on their website that they don't use the application number the national verifier says all legitimate companies can use that number I have contacted them for 7 days in a row trying to get this issue resolved I have applied with them four times to see four different phones that by the time I get them or not active. Their solution also is to send you this link to go sign up for transfer your service back and the link does not work or does not always work in my case they prevent my services from being moved again they gave me a new application number that stand up doesn't seem to quite understand I have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times I don't get a hold of a supervisor and if you had ACP and lifeline they make you reapply when the ACP ends to get a new phone which is identical to the old one except it's missing one of the camera lenses and a little bit thinner however it's a good phone but they continually want to send out new phones and new SIM cards over and over and over every person I talk to there seems to be the same group of people via the chat or via phone same people over and over and they refuse to transfer to a supervisor.

      I've witnessed alot of fraud activity. I advise people to do their applications online.
