      I switched my phone from ******** after my car caught on fire with my phone's inside and as I waited to get a phone replacement.Last week,they deactivated my phone,I have called over and over and all I get is rude representatives not even willing to let me speak to a supervisor.I called yesterday and was adviced by the representative I was dealing with to top up my account and it would come active after 24 hours, called today, I get told that even if they charged my account,they can't reinstate my account,this is a number that I've had for 20 years am a small business owner and I use that number for all transactions and can't afford to lose it

      We are sorry to hear the customer is having technical issues with their phone. After reviewing the account, we see the customer has contacted us multiple times regarding connectivity issues with their phone. As a result, we sent the customer a replacement *** card. The *** card was shipped on November 15th, 2022 with tracking number **********************.       My service ***** **** .,.... I can't get on any of my apps and if I do get on it takes forever .... I can't update any of my apps on the ****** play store .... This phone ***** I have to push most buttons 3 or 4 times too get it to work ..... I can't hear anyone even on speaker when I am on the phone also my phone hangs up on people or goes too airplane mode when talking to people very frustrated and annoyed this is no life line system if I was dying and calling 911 my phone would hang up on them and id be a gonner it's bull ****

      I have used their phone for about 2 months. It's a terrible nightmare as most of time I can't make a phone call out or receive a call in, Today, "No Sim-card" appears on the screen. It supposed to be lifeline and with this poor signal service how it can be help in a critical situation?! I don't know whom to be blame, ******** or Standup phone of bad quality. The only possible solution seems to transfer to other company.
