      Stand Up wireless is not free they make you buy their phones for $60. All they do is send you a SIM card.

      My review of stand-up wireless should be nothing. I filed for my free government phone my tablet and I ordered a phone through them which was a moto g play. And I found this a month ago on the internet I have never heard back from them I waited two weeks the woman said 10 days 10 business days well two weeks is 10 business days and I still have not heard anything I have waited another two weeks and got sent them another email nothing not a text on an email nothing has come through. Now I want my phone my tablet and the other phone that I ordered because they already taking the money off my card. So if you're going to use the government thing do not go through stand-up wireless yeah it sounds all good and everything but what in the world is going on with them. Thank you have a blessed day I'm praying that somebody will read this and help me out

      Refuse to switch my phone number I've had for many years from TRUCONNECT. STANDUP WIRELESS blames on TRUCONNECT,Vice Versa! I've reported to ************************** RECEIVED! They are investigating just waiting. That number is very important, which is only contact number I had to SSI, doctor's,many businesses and my deceased Mother's businesses who passed away March 26,2023.I switch on *** 12,2023 told by a rep that was giving out the phones in ****** **. That Stand Up was better Than TRUCONNECT,That I could transfer number which was done until Sunday *** 24,2023 Mother's Day it was switched to new number. The company,Both were closed on sunday,so I couldn't contact no one about issue. This is not right,they know it's all for low income families to begin with,but they don't care.They have control of it all. So just think of peace of mind when go with these companies! They can interumt service,listen,change whatever, NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT. AT THERE MERCY FOR A PHONE! The representative worked at a food bank at ************* ****** ga. They prey on the poor make out like their doing this huge help of service.Reason being! To be in spotlight of recognition of they help low income families and the poor.Its discrimination and not right,people need hand up,they discourage from getting help that's why alot or homeless go hungry and out of touch with there phone services they control totally...

      Stand Up wireless was who I went through to get a phone through the lifeline services. To qualify one must be currently using cal fresh or medical services or ssi. Which I do.I received the device in late October 2022. By January 2023 the device began having charging issues due to a loose charging port on the Blu device they sent me. Over the past few months I tried using several different chargers to see if it would help the problem. It did not and the port is so loose I have to put the phone upside down in a firm place that will put pressure on the charger to hold it in place long enough to charge the phone and this only works sometimes. For nearly a month I haven't been able to use the phone at all because I cannot keep it charged. I tried calling Stand up wireless from a different phone and they told me they have nothing to do with the government phones.I finally got thr phone to charge enough to call 611 from the device itself and Stand Up wireless tell me they will not replace the phone they want me to purchase a new one from them instead because they claim Lifeline does not cover device replacement. My son is also on Lifeline through Assurance Wireless and has had his devices replaced about 4 times in the last year. So it cannot be a Lifeline issue that is leaving me depleted of a functional phone to use under the Lifeline umbrella. These services are for people who cannot otherwise afford to purchase new phones. Now it seem Stand Up wireless is using this as some kind of back end to try and sell poor people poor phones.

      Lousy service, lousy customer service, lousy every single thing. They refuse to give an address to which you might write. Deny help with phone that is faulty.Disgusting.
