Arise Virtual Solutions, *** never paid me for my services during training. They clearly state in their announcements that pay will begin during the nesting (call-taking phase.) Banking information vanished from the profile days before the pay date. Banking information was added back. There is pay for two weeks, four hours a day, five days a week unaccounted for.Business Response

Spoke with several people requested POC so information could be submitted to courts for legal action had to look up the information on my own. Purposely denying people due to a not so reliable background company called first advantage as I have NEVER had a issue passing a background check. You talk to them about it and they dont listenBusiness Response

I signed up to work for a client with Arise Virtual Solutions and have experienced very unprofessional staff, a lot of technical problems and was not paid for any of my work. Two pay periods have passed and I was not paid for either. Ive reached out several times and have not gotten an answer to why my service revenue has not been paid.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because NO ONE has never reached out to me..the only communication I have had three weeks ago was because I had to reregister in order to chat with Ava and to let your company know that I am still waiting for the reset password link. This was the only way that I can get any kind of response from this company concerning my email password to get back into my account. Therefore I cannot change my name on the account into my companies name which I was trying to do . You cannot get in this account unless you log in which I am unavailable to do because I cannot receive an email from your website that tells you to reset password . I was told by *** to check my junk mail if I did not see the password link. And still til today ********** I have yet to receive a link or a phone call or email from this company. The respond is inaccurate .
Sincerely,

I am just wanting my $50.00 refund back I was never notified that I was "dropped" the class, training started June 22nd I was dropped June 13th for I am not sure what reason if my background has not even came through back yet. And when I did call to ask for the refund they did say if I never attended the class I would not be eligible for a refund. which that was not the issue since the company owner did not notify me about until I called two days before the class started to see what was going on. I want Arise or BBB to be aware this company is trying to scam people from their money and use Arise as a big front I still would like to speak to a supervisor regarding the reason I was dropped and why I have to fight for $50.00 that were tooken right away after I typed in my card info.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Now I am just at total loss because I already tried contacting the company and tried asking to speak to a supervisor and was told that I would be refunded and it could take up to 30 days this week would be the 30th day and I have yet to speak to a supervisor / manager to get an explanation to anything, I got a call from a lady today more asking and telling me if I put in a BBB complain. Yes I did put in a complain I told her because the company is not giving me no explanation nor trying to help with my funds. So with today's call I have to wait ANOTHER 30days?!
Sincerely,

Went through training this month and came across an issue where I couldn't use the system even though I could log in with my credentials. It was explained to me it was a coding issue and that was 3 weeks ago. Since then my issue isn't fixed and no one is replying to my emails about it. Since I had to pay to enter training and because I never received the service I paid for while being ignored I'm turning to the BBB for help.Business Response

I paid for a class for certification for an employment opportunity. I spent $99 and over a month in the course. I have been restricted from the platform because of something between Arise and the company I signed up with to take the class. I paid the $99 directly to Arise and have completed all coursework timely and had a 100% attendance record until they locked me out. I would like to be able to complete the course I paid for. I am unable to contact anyone at Arise with the exception of tech support. They told me to use the online assistance chat room that can only be accessed by logging into the portal that they have locked me out of. Please help!Business Response

Arise arbitrarily makes rules but offers no valid reasons for why those rules are in place. When registering an account with them one has the option to set up as a sole proprietor and work for themself or as an agent and work for an IBO. If a person is registered as a sole proprietor but later wants to become an agent that is fine but if an person is registered as an agent and wants to become a sole proprietor, they cannot. When asked if deleting an account will make any difference the answer is no because the account is not actually deleted, it is just put on hiatus, essentially. A deleted account should have all traces of personal information removed but Arise holds onto that information, including SSNs, thus preventing the person from coming back later down the road and re-registering as a sole proprietor. The only recourse they offer is to register a LLC with them. This is not fair because it takes a lot of money to register a LLC and one only needs a LLC if they intend to hire employees. I want a valid and logical reason for why a sole proprietor can become an agent but Arise chooses to pigeonhole agents as agents. I was already told "it is company policy" but when pressed I was informed that "we were not told why."Business Response
