      MDLive had old insurance info on my profile with no way for me to change it. I talked to the doctor and then called back and asked them to update my insurance info. They did. Then I got charged as if I didn't have insurance. I called multiple times and was told not to worry and I would not be charged. I was charged. I called again and was told it would be refunded. Three months later they sent me a notice that I would not get that refund. They cannot be trusted.

      MDLive incorrectly charged my account due to a billing error. Not only was I not notified of a denied claim but was sent to the supervisor's voicemail when calling to resolve this. After reaching another representative when I called again, I was forced to coordinate a three-way conversation with my insurance provider even though the date of coverage is readily apparent on the member ID card. "Corporate policy" sometimes seems like a reason to pass the buck and hope that the customer just grows weary and drops the complaint. I will be calling every week for the 45-day resolution period to make sure this is resolved.

      I believed I had a good experience until I went to pick up a script that was not there. Despite receiving a text stating the provider sent the script to my pharmacy. I even waited a couple of days because the meds usually need to be ordered. I call customer service. From the last name that was spelled out to me, my only guess is that the provider got my last name wrong even though it's in my profile correctly. I was told the issue would be sent to the queue of the nurse on call and they will contact the prescribing provider and my pharmacy. No mention to contact the patient so I requested a call back. There was no call back. Just another text that my script was sent. No explanation of where my personal health information when to after the initial appointment. Possible HIPAA violation? Can say for sure since no one will give straight answers. Also, no guidance of what to do following missed doses since I was then out of medication. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there was no supervisor, just the admin assistant I was talking to and the nurse on call. What company does not have supervisors?? But according to the other review on here, there is a supervisor. Or maybe not since Glassdoor reviews state there is poor management. LOL Once I'm finished with this medication, I will not be using this company again.

      THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DOCTOR CONSULATION WAS TERRIBLE. THEY THEN SCREWED UP THE PRESCRIPTION AND IM BEING TOLD THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP. I WAS ON THE ***** FOR 3.5 HOURS ALREADY TODAY. WAS HUNG UP ON ONCE AND SENT TO A SUPERVISOR VOICEMAIL TWICE. THIS IS A SECOND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ADD ON TO AN UNBELIEVABLY DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE JUST TO SCHEDULE THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

      I got sick over the last week and called MDLive on September 23, for an appointment for antibiotics for a UTI and was prescribed an antibiotic that I was allergic to. I then had to call the very next day September 24, to get bactrum. The provider I spoke to was extremely rude, short with me, kept interrupting me and only sent in 3 days worth of an antibiotic when I specified exactly the day supply and that I need a asteroid because I've gotten UTIs since I was 3 and he did not acknowledge. or respect anything I had to say. Absolutely would NEVER recommend to anyone. Just go to a minute clinic or ****** care.

      I have PCOS and sometimes get extremely heavy periods. I already knew the prescription I needed because this is a consistent problem but unfortunately I am unable to get into my doctor until the end of the month so I set up an appointment with MDLIVE. I was unaware that they could not do anything for anything menstrual and that is completely understandable but the way I was treated by ******************************** was completely unprofessional. He had told me that telehealth does not do anything for anything menstrual. I said that I already know the prescription that I need and only did this because I could not get into my doctor and asked if there was anything he could do and he said no. I asked since this phone call lasted only two minutes and since there was nothing he could do for me if I could get my $55 back since I did not know that MDLIVE did not do menstrual. I would not have set up an appointment if I knew this. He then snapped at me and said that he would cancel the appointment and the money would go back to my card and then he hung up on me. I was extremely upset with this service so I called back and spoke to a wonderful lady that connected me to someone that could return my money for me and as I am on the phone with them I received this message from ******************************** I canceled the consult. Again, menstrual disorders are outside telemedicine. Also, poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part. You should contact the on call gyn physician or go to urgent care. I now completely understand that MDLIVE does not do anything menstrual but I did not deserve to be treated this way because he could not help me. I can not control when and how this happens to me and some days are worse than others. I never once stated that this was an emergency as he stated in his message I just thought thats something MDLIVE could have helped with but I was wrong. I have read reviews about ***************** and there are others that he has dismissed as well.

      They will not allow ANY contact between you and your doctor for ANY reason. If you need to talk to your doctor they expect you to pay their $280 appointment fee. I lost my insurance for only a month and needed prescription refills to get me by, just one months worth. They wouldnt send my doctor a message. They said Id have to pay to see him. Any other doctor in a real office would have prescribed me a months worth without issue. They sure made it an issue. Going cold turkey off my psych meds could have been a disaster. Thank goodness my GP through a real office wrote my scripts to get through. Ill never be back to MD Live. They dont give a c*** about their patients. Its about making money.

      First experience using MD Live and am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This is the first time in years that Ive actually WANTED therapy. First appointment was basically all getting to know my situation and why I was reaching out for help. The woman I spoke with on 7/28/2022 (*********) asked questions read from a screen and eventually told me to go elsewhere for help and that she would send me a list of places that same day (which she never did). After telling her my situation, she recommended a PHP, which i have never heard of and all she told me it was was a program that can help with mental issues and substance abuse. She never once said it was a program that you have to go to every day, ALL DAY; had to look that up for myself after she awkwardly ended the call. That type of program is way too intense for my situation; as I described to her. I also told her i was looking for remote help as it is a better fit. Never have I ever been turned away from wanting mental help. And never have I had a doctor so incorrectly diagnose my situation. Will not be using this service any longer, based on this situation and the ****s of other reviews stating the doctors told them to go elsewhere. What is the point of this business if they do nothing to help? Theyre just taking your money and passing you along. Will look elsewhere.

      Horrible company. You have an appointment set up but due to tech issues you are unable to connect... do they have a backup or alternative ? NO!!! They just want you to reschedule. Nothing same day. It's ridiculous. This was for mental health. They could care less. Thanks for making me feel amazing ! Not. Ruined my whole day.
