Had a telehealth visit for a sinus infection where I told the doctor I need antibiotics he said youre fine the infection isnt at that point yet. Never felt better called back 3-4 weeks later saying I need the antibiotics now and they said I need to schedule a new appointment because its over two weeks. The doctor never told me I have two weeks to reach back out and why should I have to pay again when I already told him I need an antibiotic? Seems like a money grab scheme, I went elsewhere because why would I want to use them again if they couldnt get it right the first time.I wont be doing using Mdlive anymore unless they come to some sort of resolution.MDLIVE Inc.

The doctor I spoke is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever spoken to in my lifetime. This doctor has no ethics and doesnt have the mental capacity to have a phone job. I have never had a level of care so poorly. You are at there mercy and they will charge after they hang up on you!!!!!!!!!!!MDLIVE Inc.

Terrible! Horrible! Unethical! I was directed by the MDLive app to scheduley appointment with a particular type of doctor, and then the doctor informed me that she was not appropriate for my needs. I was charged $50 for cancelling even tho I was attended the appointment, found out the doctor couldn't help me, got out of the appointment and rescheduled with a doctor who could help. Then the second doctor asked me questions but he interrupted me every time I tried to answer. He literally told me that I was "fine." I asked him how could he possibly know if I was fine. He didn't know anything about me? He didn't have my medical records. He had only talked to me for 3 minutes. The scheduling app is terrible. The MDLive cancellation policy is terrible. The second doctor was a joke! I ended up using another company without any problems. Don't waste your time.MDLIVE Inc.

I have been trying to get a refund for a charge that was made because my I durante wasnt verified. They changed my after telling me that my insurance was verified and now I have been waiting for over a year to get a refund for $82.00. I have been told for a year that a supervisor will call me back and they never do. I have been on the phone with customer ******************** for hours and still come to no resolution. They are thieves with poor customer ******************** and even worse communication within their own company.MDLIVE Inc.

I had a session with a doctor which was very helpful, but after I picked up my prescriptions they had no record of me ever having had a consultation, the ******* ************* or the prescriptions I got through them. When I called and spoke to someone on the phone they ended up HANGING UP ON ME because she couldn't find any information about the physician I saw on their website or the medications I had received and refused to help any further. How are you going to run a Behavior Health Service and hang up on patients when they have questions about the medication they were given?MDLIVE Inc.

I actually made 4 appointments with MDLIVE. I only got a call once. The first time I got a message about an hour before my appointment he couldn't make the call. The second time with that Psychologist, we had a good session and made a follow up appointment for today. Today I didn't receive a call or a message about him missing the appointment Yesterday the psychiatrist didn't call or send a message either. When I called MDLIVE, the woman said it is entirely up to the provider if they call, don't call or don't send a message. Seems like MDLIVE isn't very reliable.MDLIVE Inc.

In January 2023, my daughter had a visit, I gave them the insurance information. The individual put in the wrong birthdate. They charged my account, stating I did not give them insurance information. Their website or app does not let you see or update the insurance information. I contacted them in February 2023; they said the refund would be processed in 45 days. Called again in March 2023; the rep said they did not resubmit to the insurance company, didn't know why it was not handled, and that it would be resubmitted and escalated. I logged into my daughter's insurance no claim had been submitted. The third call on April 12, 2023, was advised that the claim was submitted and that they are putting in the escalation to be refunded. received a call that day from a supervisor and was told that I would not be refunded until the claim had been processed by the insurance agency. As of April 24, 2023, 7:55 AM, no claim has been submitted to my daughter's insurance.MDLIVE Inc.

Ive used this service for the past two years with ******************, from tooth infections on Christmas Eve, to UTIs on the weekend. Always treated with respect and given great care. Not anymore. Sadly I think they are under pressure to reduce the number of perscriptions they hand out. I was actually not given the antibiotic I asked for ** the *** recommended I be given another one. Im sorry, what? I know what works for me, Im not new to my body. After that didnt work for 10 days, I called back to ask to please give me the medicine that works for me, I was told no, it was probably a viral infection and take vitamins instead. Save your time and money, and go to urgent care. I wish I did.MDLIVE Inc.

I signed up for telemedicine this morning. It is now 4:30pm and have yet to be seen. I've had about 5 scheduled appointments today with no success. 3 of those appointments were with a provider that never showed all 3 times after 20 minutes of waiting. Why say provider is ready for me when they aren't? I understand wait times can be long however, I'm starting to get the feeling the second provider may be transphobic and if that is the case, he's in the wrong profession. I've tried scheduling with him twice. I actually got him to connect to the chat but find it odd while reviewing my file, he disconnects from the chat. I get an automated call right after saying I missed my appointment and that I would be called back to reschedule with him. Never got that call so I went on the livemd app to reschedule with him myself. Right before I was set to connect with him, he canceled my appointment and I was never given an explanation.
