      Jan 4, 2025 I ordered a Precision Genetic Test for $1,169,10. Everything went fine until the sample I sent was deemed invalid and they re-sent me a second collection kit. Their system requires internet activation of the kit confirming the collection code on the vial. I have been unable to activate the second kit. I requested assistance via text on Feb 5, 2025 and again by email on Feb 6, 2025. Having received non response I requested a refund on Feb 7, 2025 again by email text. By Feb 11, 2025 I was getting angry and called their office. Response I received when requesting a refund was that they needed to forward a message and someone would reach out to me. I followed up with an email to the support email. Its now been over 48 hours and I not received any response. Im done with this company. **************** is HORRIBLE.

      I was put on autoship with this company. I was not aware that I was. When I emailed them and asked them to turn off the autoship and asked if they could cancel the order, ****, from customer service said that they would do both. That was on Jan 28th. Since that email, no one has responded to my emails asking for an update.

      I am rejecting this response because: The refund was never recieved. They didn't provide any new proof that the refund was issued  All they did was provide the same email that I uploaded and provided as proof initially from a **** in customer service on 2/7 stating that they would process the refund and that it could take 10 days. I NEVER recieved the refund within 10 days which is why I submitted the claim to BBB in the first place. This is just further proof that this company has no idea what they're doing.

      I joined in 6/2024. I paid $599 for blood work. After that, in Aug, i spoke to a provider who recommended their meds. I was then scheduled to discuss the meds and their prices. On that call, i was promised again that i would feel better, sleep better, higher libido, lose weight. Spent over $1000. After being on the meds, i was asked, how i'm doing. I told her i'm not feeling any different. She recommended giving it another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, i texted that i was feeling down, gained weight without changing my diet, going often to the bathroom, do not sleep, no energy, and i'm seeing more facial hair which i was promised will NOT happen. She said that it sounds like the medications are affecting badly, and that i would be contacted to discuss. I scheduled an appt for 10/11. I stopped taking the medications completely. On 10/11 i never got a call from the provider. I was rescheduled for 11/1. For the second time, the provider never called me. I sent them a text 11/3 about this and added that i was promised better sleep, more energy, weight loss, better libido, and overall wellness. Instead, i gained weight, slept poorly, had to urinate often at night, low energy, low libido, and overall feeling of sadness. At that time, i requested a refund for the meds. Did not hear back till 11/14 telling me i had to schedule with the provider and after speaking with her, if i still wanted a refund they would help with that. I scheduled for 11/22 and spoke to provider who recommended i stop taking 2 of the meds completely. After that call, i requested the refund. I was told i cannot get a refund due to no refund policy. I paid over $1000 for this protocol and i cannot take the meds as they don't work. They said they will only refund the lab cost since i will not be doing blood work. I asked about the meds. They will not refund. I asked about the meds that i was instructed to stop taking by their provider as they were causing me to grow facial hair. They will not refund.

      After checking with my team, I can confirm that the follow-up blood panel was refunded on 1/2/2025. Ive attached the refund confirmation for your records. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for prescription medications, which is your preferred solution. However, Ive spoken with one of our lead providers to offer further support.
      Regarding your health history and the information you've provided, we currently do not have any research indicating that DHEA and 10X Alpha would contribute to facial hair growth. You mentioned you're taking *********, which may also cause facial hair growth, even in small doses. Given your current health status, it is not clear which medication or combination of medications may be contributing to your symptoms. If you'd like to discuss this further with one of our providers, I would be happy to arrange a phone call for you. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know!

      I am rejecting this response because it does not resolve my issue. Yes, i have been taking ********* and have been for over a year. Not once did i ever have extra facial hair growth UNTIL i started taking your medications. When i told the provider about this, she recommended i stop taking both the **** and the ************. I should at least get a refund for that. 

      I started out this whole thing because I was having trouble sleeping. I was promised that would not be a problem anymore and I was promised more energy and overall feeling good. Nothing changed. I tried and spent a lot of money on medications that did not work. It's not right. If your program is actually legit, you should back it up with refunds if the customer does not experience what you promised.

      Based on our research, there is no clinical evidence linking DHEA and 10X Alpha to facial hair growth. However, ********* has been known to stimulate hair growth even in small amounts and given that you are taking other medications it is challenging to ************************* the exact cause of your symptoms. Based on our research and available data we are confident that our products are not the cause. Additionally, lifestyle factors such as diet, hydration, and sleep patterns can also play a significant role in this matter.       I am rejecting this response. 

      I have already spoken with the provider about facial growth and she advised me to stop taking the ************ and DHEA. Why would she immediately suggest that if there is no link between those 2 and added facial hair growth? 

      There is no reason to speak to another provider. I was told to stop taking DHEA and ************ so you should at the very least refund those meds. Im not asking to refund the rest even though they did nothing that was promised.

      On December ******* I purchased a genetic testing for my daughter that cost $1169. The sale person (**** ******)never explained that my under age daughter would not get the full experience till after I paid. I was sold a great/best product. I was scheduled an appointment to go over results with Nyah for 1/3/25. that never happened. ( apparently result are not included its an extra $200 and over the phone). During the visit My kit was not able to be created on the online portal due to age. I was explained by IT they would work on it and get back to me ( still dont have portal information.) I have reached out to sales girl **** ****** many time by phone and email and she dose not respond. SHE DISAPPEARED. I would like my money back since this was a scam and did not received what I was offered

      On January 16, 2024 I was charged $599 x 4 times. I previously did blood work and genetic test with this company assuming in good faith they were going to offer superier service for this high price. I was in discussions with my *** ****** to potentially sign up my parents also with some initial consult with him. Without signing any waivers, confirmations, or any documentation as I signed previously before paying, I was charged without my knowledge. Once I realized my own service was heavily delayed compared to the extremely late time promised, I decided not to pursue this company for my parents and left the matter. After looking through my transactions close to a year later, I saw I was fully charged and I realized why the *** did not follow up with me. He had my credit card on file and went ahead before we signed or confirmed any documents. I did not receive any receipt, no services were used or booked, nor did I even know I was charged until I did some financial auditing of my account due to end of year tax p***arations.I've tried reaching out to my *** multiple times, I've also reached out to the company and have been left with no response for over month. I simply want my money back for services that were unused. This should be a very easy and simple process, because essentially they used my money interest free for year and no services were provided, or wanted. The document I attached is an example of what I signed for my own service, and was supposed to be received before making payment for my parents service (which I believe is a legal requirement due to the medical nature of services).

      I am requesting a full refund of $1,299.On 6/28/2024 I ordered the Precision Genetic Test for $1,299. We recieved the test, completed, and sent it back with the company receiving the sample on 7/12/2024.I initially recieved my results but was unable to order supplements when they were ready on 8/28/24. I emailed Kwesi many times to resolve the issue. Eventually by October 11 I was told I could now order supplements but I not longer could log into my account I attempted to order supplements as soon as I was notified that I could. Then I could no longer log into my account with an error being showed, that asked me to email support. I emailed support on 10/11/2024 to get resolution to log into my account and order supplements. I have been in contact with many representatives who promised to help and have never resolved the issue.Since ordering this test on 6/28/2024 we have emailed or spoken over the phone with 5 different representatives with no resolution. Several times I have restarted the process with a new person after the last representative ceased contact with me. We have spoken with Kwesi, ****** Iquila, ***** and another over the phone. The person who's name I do not have, is who I requested a full refund from near the 1st of November. I have never heard back about the refund or about gaining access to my account. The ***** we speak with claim that the issue has been escalated to the IT department several times with no ************* has been 5 1/2 months since this company received my sample. I currently cannot log into my account, I cannot view my test results, and I cannot order supplements. I am requesting a full refund of $1,299 immediately.The lack of support, lack of communication inside of the company, and the fact that I can't even call in and order my supplements with the company is extremely disappointing. This has been a financial and emotional addition of stress that I don't need to add to my current health issues.

      I ordered a methylation test and the company has repeatedly dropped the ball. After paying they sent no collection kit until I prompted them to then weeks after returning the kit they finally send after emailing them again they finally acknowledged receipt of the kit and told me it would be 5-6 weeks for results. It has been 9 weeks and still no results. I have filed a dispute with **************** and wish to file a complaint with BBB to prevent other people from being scammed out of $600

      10x supplements are really bad and caused health issues. I stopped using them due to the problem they caused. Without my consent, they signed me up for the auto refill. I called them to cancel the order but they refused to cancel the order and charged me $178 anyway and refused to refund. These people are running a scam and robbing people with substandard supplements and bad customer service. They offer no help. Stay away from their products. They are shameless.

      I ordered a methylation test seven months ago. I have repeatedly tried to get the results of the test. They keep sending me a login password that does not work. Ive been hung up on. Ive been spoken to very rudely. All I want is my money back and they refused to give it to me.

      In January 2024 I purchased a genetic testing kit from this company that wasnt received. Ive contacted the company repeatedly in April and May, September and October to no avail for a re-issue of the kit and now a refund.
