We attended a seminar regarding family vacation opportunities on August 27th at 10:45am located at the Hampton Inn in ********, *******. After the seminar we chose that this program was not for our family. The company then promised 2 round trip airline tickets, 2 nights at one of **** ************** 3 days car rental, a voucher for $150.00 in gas and $50.00 hotel gift card. My activation code is FlLnx and sponsor code is LUX dated August 27, 2022. I mailed the redemption form with our choices clearly stated on what we had chose. I did not hear back and contacted the company and was told they never received my redemption form. I sent out a second redemption form and to this day have not received the promised items listed above. I attempted to phone the number that I had used prior and the line is discounted *************). I honestly would not suggest attending a seminar regarding family vacation opportunities with this company. The company does not have good family vacation plans that would suit any family unless you have an abundance amount of funds to throw away and they do not honor their redemption program.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I am replying to the BBB that **** Marketing sent us a new document asking for information to be sent to them for the third time regarding their vacation plan.
We are not pleased with the one sheet in the mail and are very ***** that a third time submitting our information will resolve this matter.
We do not wish to close our dispute with the company until we receive the promised items.

Customer Choice Rewards is simply the mailing fulfillment center that mails out the travel vouchers. We do not have any further involvement in the redemption or booking of the travel. Dates have been provided to this company on 2 occasions for reservations only to be cancelLed and ask to reschedule. Me and my wife attended a Land,****************** seminar 9/24/22 from 1045-1215. We were promised 2 complimentary round trip airline tickets, 2 nights at a Marriott and complimentary 3 day car rental. We mailed our redemption form along with a self addressed envelope a few days after the seminar. We havent received anything as of yet. I tried to call the number of the representative that set everything up and its disconnected. I went online and got a number for customer choice rewards and they gave me another number to call in which the person who answered has no idea what Im referring to or who customer choice rewards is. I am getting the run around. I definitely believe this is a scam at this point.Business Response

I followed the instructions completely on the paperwork. I even wrote them a check for $29.95 for their promotional deal to get a 2 night hotel stay. I filled out the info and they called me, saying they only had one of my 3 choices available. I went through all the info and was about to book when they tried to sign me up for extra days to stay and all we had to do was to listen to a sales pitch. I explained I only wanted my two days as the deal indicated. He then said, "ok someone will call you back to continue your booking ." This never occurred. I wrote a letter too because I didn't have a phone contact number. No one has responded. I want my money back or a weekend to book this hotel (since I already paid the indicated amount required).Business Response

Our records show that this customer did not follow the terms and conditions of the standard promotional offer by requesting travel dates on Labor Day Weekend. They were offered the opportunity to travel on Labor Day Weekend if they were interested in attending a presentation during their stay, which they declined. Therefore, on 8/2/21 a new reservation request form was mailed to them to request dates that were not during a holiday. To date we have not received that back from them and we have never heard from them. Our phone number is easily found on our website. We will be glad to process a full refund.

Ms. **********'s new request form was mailed out on 8/2/22. We travel hundreds of guests each year through the standard promotional offer that have followed the terms and conditions. If Ms. ********** would like to resubmit her form she can, or we can process the full refund. She needs to please confirm which one she would like to do.
