      Sunergy sales representative was misleading concerning the price of the solar panels, assured us that getting home owners insurance to cover the house with panels wouldn't be an issue and was quick to assure us that installation would be streamlined. Unfortunatly it takes more than 3 days to discover that we were fleeced. We were assured us that the installation process would be completed prior to the first payment to their finance company Good-Leap. Well insurance companies are very skittish about solar panels and hurricane coverage. It cost us an extra $1000.00 in insurance to get coverage. The installation crew was unexperienced and did not complete the job on the initial visit because they didn't know how to complete the install. I had to call my sales representative and wait an additional week to address the incomplete installation. An additional 2 weeks for the permit to be issued but again Sunergy never called in for the inspection from the municipality that governs our property. Only after complaining to Good-Leap and Sunergy that my first bill is now due and have not been inspected did I finally get a call from Sunergy. Now payment for the panels which are over priced in comparison to other companies is due in addition to our electric bill. Sunergy is very apologetic, and will credit you after you pay the payment and fill out all the forms waiting on them to cut a reimbursement check. Bottom line is the company has been deceitful, incompetent, and unwilling to adequately address our issues. I am an adult and accept I am paying more than I should when compared to other companies, but don't accept the misrepresentation, and poor customer service. ******************** has failed to deliver on its promises and should reimburse us for not delivering the product we were lead to believe we purchased. This company is deliberately fleecing consumers and selling it as a government service to save you money. In truth it cost you more money and aggravation.

      I want to cancel the contract I had with Sunergy and Kin. I am within my 3 day business window. I canceled the loan application. I left messages with Kin and Sunergy. The salesman lied and numbers do not add up the way he explained them. He tried to pull a fast one on me, but too bad I can read fine print and I love crunching numbers.

      IN/AROUND June 2019, I bought a solar panels from SUNERGY business. No even 3 month later i have many issues with the production of Kilowatts produce. BBB back in day helped me with made SUNERGY added more panels to my roof so for one year i didn't have any issue with SUNERGY.However a new issue arise and because this product have a 10 years warranty, they should fix it but they didn't do it and every time i called them they said they will call me back. I even have an email in pending status and I am waiting for SUNERGY reply but they didn't. Also I called direct to SUNERGY and business manager Mrs. ******** said someone will contact me same day, today is 2 day and nobody call yet. I called them back and asked for Manager ******** however she was not " available" and now they change the reason from "we will call you today" to " we will call you in 24 to 48 hr.".ISSUE: My Solars panels stop to produce kilowatts, and now i am paying full regular electricity amount plus the loan for those solar panels. I sent to them screenshots of my bills and also screenshots of what my solar are making from sun and it is zero.I have a bad taste from SUNERGY, I prefer go to LUMIO or AKE when i buy a second solar panel for my others houses I rent to people. this is second time I have to use BBB because they are an unethical business. I wont recommend it. Two time in the road is too much. they need to send a technician and repair converter or inverter. Still i am waiting for them.

      We have been in constant contact with the customer over this, see attached call log showing inbound and outbound calls. We have also informed her that the monitoring card being discontinued was not a warranty issue. That was a result of the Cellular card manufacturer discontinuing the use of 3G technology.  Her equipment manufacturer has classified the cellular card as an accessory, and is not covering the part under the parts warranty. Again those are things that we have no control over. We have explained, that part will need to be replaced if she wants monitoring, and there is a cost associated with replacement. If she chooses to move forward with replacement we will be happy to get her situation resolved. I understand she is frustrated, however there is not a solution that she is requesting available.

      October 18th i spoke by phone with ************************************* phone number ********** I sent screenshots of power bills c  she said someone will contact me in ***** hr , never happen 

      Finally in October 24th I called again and another lady send me email Im attaching in this complaint said I need send last 12 month of bills statements so they can see whats going on with my solar panels

      We received payment for the cell kit 11/3, as soon as that as installed, then I can perform an energy audit. Without the monitoring information, I cannot perform an energy audit. It looks like this project is on track for some answers soon.

      A SUNERGY employee arrived and he said after installed this kit,  he found out inverter is not working,  he said he issued a ticket for SUNERGY send a INVERTer,  so far SUNERGY didnt call or email me.   So if i already have a diagnostic from SUNERGY employee,  i dont know why it take too long for whoever replied said they are waiting for me paid for this $700 kit when i already paid it, technician came to my home and i had "diagnostic " from a proffesional.

We were led to believe you Solar System would put at $ 0 cost on the *** bill not including the Net Metering fee. We received quotes from other companies where the 8.1 kwh system is too small for our needs. In addition, we will have to pay additional costs on our Homeowners policy that will be above $500 a year. We checked with the ************** and electrical side of the permit has failed requirements. Also you sales rep. ************************** claims we have to pay a hefty fee to cancel. This is totally unfair. This comes totally against ******** Unfair Trade Practices. We were misled by the sales representative about what the electric bill will become. The right to read a Solar Energy System disclosure document before signing a contract. The client is entitled to certain rights to protect the transaction during the solar sales process. You should not be asked to sign a contract, especially on an electronic tablet, without first being allowed to read the contract terms. The law requires that salespeople give you the opportunity to read the contract before signing. Salespeople should not pressure you to sign a contract on your first encounter or at any time during the sales process. And this was our case. Salespeople should not promise you that after going solar you wont pay an electric bill. This is false. Depending on your situation, you will still pay a monthly bill or one total bill at the end of the year. We are victims of a Solar Scam and Misleading Sales Tactics. Therefore, we are writing this correspondence to let you know we are canceling this project. We are a retired couple and are not able to afford these costs.       We had our solar panels put up over two years ago now and have not once had our energy bill lowered by a single *****.We have called many times over the years to no avail. Sunergy blames the contractors the contractors say Sunergy hired us and we need to contact them. We were getting our energy bill comped for a couple months but they eventually stopped replying.The last couple of interactions were about not having enough panels and Sunergy offered to split the bill for the new panels. I am even okay with not having a net zero but it literally has made zero difference besides essentially doubling my bill since Im paying my same power bill and solar panel bill.

      Synergy Solar LLC, hired *******************/Lumio (AKE)to be the sales agent for their solar panel company. AKE shared with us during our sales presentation that if we needed to have our solar panels removed due to a new roof to be installed, it would be free of charge to remove and reinstall the solar panels on our roof. We chose to go forward after hearing the entire presentation, seeing the cost savings for our electrical bills and understanding that our roof would need to be replaced within the next five years. After many issues with Synergy Solar, LLC including damaging our roof by their negligence at the original installation, we have been forced to replace our roof. Sunergy Solar, LLC would not stand by their sales team (AKE) no charge **************** would only remove by charging us to do so. We had no choice but to pay as we had large amounts of water leaking into our home. We have been contacting Synergy Solar, LLC for weeks/ months to have the solar put back on our home and we have been ghosted. Here are some of the contact (phone) dates: 8/22/22, 9/9/22, 9/13/22, 9/14/22 and 9/22/22. We need our solar panels installed as we have been paying for the solar panels & a FPL bill since June. This means we are paying double electricity bills for four months.

      I signed a contract with this company on 9/17/22 based on false information provided by the sales consultant. They claimed, among other things, that it would be a simple process to get hooked up to the grid with the solar panels, and I would be "grandfathered" into a 1:1 net-metering agreement with "Oncor" as long as we stayed connected. As a result, I'd "only need to pay the connection fees" as long as the system was operational. Upon further investigation, I found out that in ***** this is absolutely not the case. Oncor is just a pass-through providing physical service, and all billing is handled by the electric power retailers. Their plans vary widely, and none of them have a "grandfathered" guarantee on anything, only a buyback rate and terms for the length of their contract, which generally is only one or two years. I would not have signed the contract with Sunergy if I had known the extent of this false information, so I called to cancel on 9/26/22. Since it was outside the "3-day cancellation window" in the contract, they are asking for a ridiculous fee of 10% of the total purchase price of the system to cover "work already done". They claim a site survey, engineering, "material acquisition", and permits were already completed or in process within those first five business days. In fact no permits have been filed with the city, and the only "site survey" was the sales consultant looking in the attic, and taking a photo of the electric meter and electrical panel the day of the consultation. I'm seeking full release from the contract without obligation or liability due to the fact that I was misled and lied to about how net-metering and power buyback would function.

      Sunergy installed solar panels, but failed the city inspection. I kept calling to get updates on when they will have the issues fixed and back on schedule.It's been six weeks since they failed.They keep telling me in two weeks.Meanwhile the bank has billed me for monthly payments.

      This solar company business and the people who work there are total crooks. They are trying to charge us a huge amount money for work they did not provide and claiming it is a cancellation fee. Not only was there a lack of communication on their end, they also notarized our documents without us being present which is illegal. They left materials in our driveway without our knowledge and basically used our driveway as a storage space. We told them that we no longer want to do business with them after everything that transpired, but they don't want to hear it. They are total thieves. Stay away from Sunergy solar located in ****************, **.
