      I moved into a new house of March 2020 and I proceeded to have solar panels installed, which I'm making payments on of $172 per month as they were $35,000 total. I have had several leaks into a bedroom and they have come out twice to resolve the matter. I have another leak in the same area but in the vedroom closet and coming through the light fixture. Per my agreement my roof is under warranty for 10yrs for leaks. The company will not come out until I pay $350 as the leak is in a different are I sent an email pointing out the warranty but have not heard anything back. My main concern is mould and an electrical fire.

      Was promise that the job would be finish in 90days it's been since July 3 .we called we got the run around contacted the sales person who seemed nice at first but have since not answered any text or calls now calling the company ********** it's busy signal now we got a storm a panel got apparently damage or installation maybe why they haven't came to finish ,,DNT know ,,now the house is up for sale and what ever they said about that part is a lie no transfer like the sales person guy said , it's holding up the sales of my house one big headache never again even to refer anyone for solar not this company there should be LAWS against stuff like this NEXT WEEK IS 90 DAYS AND NO RESOLUTION..........I'm paying off the debt at closing ***** $ I would like this service CANCEL FOR NONE DELIVERY With NO EXPLANATION ...CANCEL

      I bought solar panels sunergy came, half installed the unit jun 3 I called and called left messages they drag their feet always saying soon this and that .I ask the question if I sell the house if that's a problem,they said no its no problem since August I'm asking for them to finish the installation,all the way up to closing and they couldn't help me so I could've sell my house .today wss closing and I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM NO ONE .SENT EMAIL.TEXT. BEEN ON HOLD for 15 min only to come back and say one second I'm on hold again really bad experience... I want to say I'm one of those people that DNT make complaints I no things happens but this right here is a eye opener

      Sunergy was able to reach out to this Customer on 11/6 and explain the remaining steps that are left in the system activation process. During that phone conversation, we were able to submit permission to operate to the utility company. At this time, we are waiting on *********** to install the *** meter then give Sunergy the greenlight to turn on the system.

      I signed a contract on 24 July 2023 with representative ***** ******** working with Sunergy Solar LLC based out of *********************, ** for $23,401 to install ******* *** ** ****** **************** solar panels on my condo. The company installed those panels on my condo roof on 14 August 2023. On 6 September 2023, an inspector from the city of ************ ************************ inspected the solar panels for compliance and disapproved (report attached). My panels do not work at this time (over a month after install). I have repeatedly called Sunergy Solar LLC to rectify the issue, and they continue to take no action after assuring me that they would correctly install the panels. My desired resolution is for the company to complete the job that we contracted for.

      synergy tried to install the solar panels without a permit. but I stoped them. now 6 weeks have gone by after installation and still no inspection. without inspection I can't get on the grid with duke energy. $51000. down the drain I am 78 years old. talk about elderly abuse! where is ****** and *************?

      *******************************: *********************************************************** ************* I contracted with this company to install a solar system for my home. The contract was signed on 05/15/2023 and I was told that the product would be installed and the system would be functional by August 1, 2023 "at the latest:.Since that time, the company has failed to complete a proper installation of the panels. They have incorrectly applied for permitting at least twice. They have made appointments and not shown up. They have made appointments on the phone and they rescheduled without any contact with me.Just today, they made an appointment for 2-4 pm. What for you ask? We had to call the company to find out that they had failed to affix some kind or warning sticker to the system. I called at four minutes to 4pm to find out if they were coming. I was told that the technician was on his way and would arrive within the next five minutes. It is now 4:42 pm and still no technician.I have called and asked to speak with a manager. Twice I was told she was on another call.This company is not trustworthy!To make the matter worse, the finance company is now hounding me. Several phone calls in the past few weeks. I have explained that the system is not functional and I will not be paying for this system until it is up and working.Sunergy Solar LLC - ************

      Purchased solar over a month ago, Sunergycame and installed the panels: however during installation they just have stepped on and broke a panel already attached to the roof. I have called multiple times to have it replaced so I can activate the solar but no time or date is ever given to me. They just tell me they are forwarding the call to their engineers and hang up.

      I signed a contract in April in which they commit to installing and "turning on" solar panels. I paid ~32k for a 6kw system. They committed to manage the install, inspection, permits, and "permission to operate" from Duke energy.It has been 5 months. I have finally passed the inspection with the city, but **** has not been contacted to get permission to operate the system. It seems that Sunergy has now initiated the loan terms, meaning I now have to pay everything, and so they have no incentive to complete the work.They have ruined my landscape pump, damaged my washing machine, and left trash everywhere.

      Our Resolutions team was able to reach out to the Customer, but he was in a meeting and unable to talk. In order to establish a line of communication, we have reached out via email in hopes to resolve his concerns. Currently he is on the very last step of the *** process. Our ************ was able to resubmit the *** application to his utility company.

      Yes, I received a phone call.  They resubmitted the *** application about a week after I resolved the problem.  It was a billing option that is not compatible with the net metering service that I will be using.  They should have known that it would be an issue even before they submitted the *** request!  And now I should be satisfied that they resubmitted it?  

      There has been no attempt to offer any restitution for the damage that they did to my property.

      3/20/23 Deceptive Practices- Told that our monthly bill would be less in solar than current FPL utility- it is not.Told bill could could transferable in new homeowner name when sold as per salesman. *************** told not transferable must pay off bill when home is sold. Not informed that government credit need to be used for re-amortization in 18 months otherwise bill will go up $100. monthly. Salesman or manager never responded about above issues.Finance **** told me last week would speak to salesman. Meanwhil no adjustment can be made.

      On 6/27/2022 A Sunergy worker named **** came to my house with a solar proposal for my house, I told him I would need a new roof before I even thought about solar. He replied with " we offer new roofs with our contracts". So I decided to take him up on the offer because it was no money down and the interest was only **** percent. After months and months of absolutely no contact from them, I decided keep on them to see what was taking so long. On 1/09/2023 the permit revision was passed and then dropped off shortly after. I kept calling to see to when anything would be starting and their so unorganized it was like no one knew anything of what was taking so long. So on 4/11/2023 I eventually got a hold of ***** and she told me the finance company backed out because it was over 6 months and they could do so. If i wanted to continue with the project i would have to get a different loan and the interest would be @ **** percent. Since the interest would be more than double the original agreement, I asked about backing out and they said there would be a 10 percent penalty of the original loan amount which was ******* , so I would have to pay them over ****** dollars. So after thinking that we really had no choice, we decided to still go through with it and start the process for the new loan @ **** percent. Fast forward to 8/8/2023 they finally started my roof they got all the demo done on the first day but it started storming before they could start putting on the protecting material. 8/9/2023 they came back started working again, then an inspector came by and stopped them from working with multiple write **** No wire mesh, slope, tin cap and no on site permit. 8/18/2023 the permit was finally dropped off, still no work done on the roof. It rained really bad multiple times in between. 8/24/2023 inspector came out and failed them again because absolutely nothing was done. 8/28/2023 they fixed the write *** but didn't start the shingles. I have water coming through ceiling.

      This company sold ** panels and its been a year, they never mentioned it was going to take this long for them to finish installing, now I call and they dont even have a time frame of when will they finish the job and on top of that the bank is already taking monthly payments from us to for solar panels that I am no yet using.I dont know what to do, I call them to request at least refund of the monthly payments since they promised me when they sold me the panels that I was not going to be charged for 3 months after installation, they lie, never explaining that installation didnt mean we were going to be using the solars right away, so we have been paying for solars when they are not even close to finish the installation process. PLEASE HELP I want either the job to be finish asap and get refunded for the last few months I have **** paying the bank for the loan without having services functioning yet or just the loan and solar panels to be cancelled completely.
