      We had signed a contract with Sunergy in July for a new roof and solar panels along with an energy efficient pool pump . The company had multiple issues with permitting in which delayed progress by a couple weeks . Finally after the permit was issued the roof was started and stalled due to weather. Which was only a day or two. They did not return to finish for another week . In that time we had not heard from any one at the company so with multiple phone calls trying to find out when the roof would be completed they finally reached back out and said they would be sending guys back out to complete our roof . After the roof was completed a a couple days go by , in which we had some storms . We noticed some leaking coming down one of the walls in the kitchen which caused slight water damage. We called and notified them about the leaks . They sent out one guy to investigate and fix . He was unable to find anything. They ended up replacing some shingles in the areas they believed where the leaking was happening. My wife has emailed and called on multiple occasions , when they do call back or answer they inform us that they would forward the complaint but still nothing . We are still waiting for the solar to be hooked up to the power we have since already been issued a bill for the solar panels along with our normal power bill. The solar has not been completely installed and the company is avoiding us . Please help

      Back in May their salesman came to our door. We didn't ask them to send a salesman. We'd never heard of this company. I told him I wasn't interested. A few weeks later another one comes. This time my partner hears them out. Their pitch on adopting solar panels was too good, and we signed up thinking we were making the smartest choice. Sunergy isntalled the panels and we were setup on a loan repayment plan. Only the solar panels never worked. They failed inspection. And despite begging the company, threatening legal action, etc etc, their company has not once scheduled a time to come fix this issue. So here we are, paying off a loan on an enormously expensive house installation that does not work, and at this rate will never work. They are too busy putting new people through the same process I've gone through to ever come back to fix their mistakes. Based on their reviews elsewhere, this is just their scam, they have no idea what theyre doing, will put people into these situations, and never ever fix it.

      Our Resolution team has remained in contact with this customer to provide weekly updates in her system activation process. Currently we are working with the city and our local office to arrange a time to have the final inspection completed. Once that has passed, we can submit to the Customer's utility company for permission to activate the solar system.

      On June 21 2021 we signed a contract with Sunergy Solar for the installation of a Solar system, Air conditioning unit, and a electricity generator system for the amount of $74052.63. The solar system was installed on about 3 months after, then the air conditioning unit was installed around 14 month later. As a November 3 2023 we have not receive the electricity generator system that we agree upon.We have encounter persistent issues with Sunergy, including a complete lack of responsiveness to our inquires, resulting in an unacceptable delay that has now extended to over ************************************************************************************************* sight.Despite numerous attempts in contacting Sunergy, they promise a lot but, they never get anything done. Our concerns and grievances with Sunergy are as follows:1. Lack of Responsiveness: Despite numerous attempts to contact Sunergy through phone calls, the company has been unresponsive to our inquiries. This lack of communication is both frustrating and detrimental to the resolution of this issue. 2. Excessive Delay: The 28-month delay in completing the generator system installation is far beyond what was initially promised, causing significant inconvenience and financial burden on our part.3. Breach of Contract: Sunergy has failed to uphold the terms of our contract, which has resulted in a breach of trust and a violation of our consumer rights.

      As part of the process of the generator instalation, Sunergy has indeed informed the consumer of an appointment for the site survey needed by the new *********** that Sunergy will be wroking with. This site survey was estimated to be completed by the gas company on 01/10/2024.

      The purpose of this appointment is for the *********** to survey the area in order to determine costs and be able to provide Sunergy with a quote which Sunergy would then use to finish the information needed for the permitting for the installation at which point Sunergy would be able to schedule the installation of the generator.

      This is the 3rd gas company that will be visiting my house to be survey.  Meaning that this is the 3rd time I'll be in this situation.  I will not be accepting any response until the generator be install in my property.  I'm hoping that this time it goes all the way thru the completion of the installation and them I will be accepting the final response from Sunergy.

      Sunergy can confirm the completion of the site survey performed by the gas company. While this site survey was being completed, the permit for the installation was being renewed and now that we have the renewed permit a representative from Sunergy has forwarded the client an NOC for *************** this is signed and received back, Sunergy will forward this to the gas company and the parts for the installation will be ordered in order to schedule the pending installation. Through out this process Sunergy ensures that the ** will receive communication and updates as we progress further along the process to have the generator installed.

      I signed a contract with this com. in May. It took them 2 months to deliver,another month to install, and then yet another month to replace ******* box that I did not need. It is now Nov. The solar is still not up and running because they submitted the wrong permit to begin with. I haven't heard one word from them other than many, many excuses. They don't know when it will be operational, they haven't removed leftover materials from the yard, and they don't know when an inspection will take place. Meanwhile I am paying their shady finance company in addition to an electric bill that they promised I would no longer have by July.I am not the only person that is complaining, there are so many from just this year alone. This company, and the finance company that they work hand in hand with, need to be investigated .

      I am rejecting this response because: ************ has had more than enough time to complete this job. 

      The revised permit is still sitting in the ******************* office yet no one has called to schedule an inspection.

      I have gotten the run around from the beginning, I have yet to speak to the same person,regarding any matter, more than twice. Hence one person doesn't know what the other has said, whether or not they record their calls. Everyone's perception is their reality. From the get go, when I first spoke with *******************************, she as much accused me of holding up the process by 6 weeks because I wouldn't allow scheduling or work to begin because I didn't have a permit in place.

      The leftover materials are STILL sitting in my backyard.  When the "team" came to install a new box that I didn't need, it consisted of one man who left all his debris all around my back door and on the ground. I have since picked it up because I was tired of looking at it. 

      The trench that was dug to lay the wiring was never filled in properly and I have  a small trench running down the side of my yard.

      So , no, I don't accept their response. They have had so much time to make it right. 

      Not only that, but I now pay an electric bill, that I was told would be gone by now, in addition to the finance company bill. And it is up to their discretion of whether or not they reimburse me, even after they promised they would. Not to mention the hot water heater that I'm supposed to have. Oh, but wait, I have to have an inspection first. And that still hasn't been requested.

      During the last city inspection, it was found that a few repairs were needed in order to move forward.       While everyone is staying in contact and ******* seems to legitimately care, the system has failed to pass inspection on at least 4 counts. So I'm still looking at least another month of no solar. 

      If I had known it would take this long, I never would have signed a contract.

      It just seems like one department has no idea what the the other is saying or doing. And to not know how to properly fill out a new permit request, or to know that there were actually pieces missing, is beyond me. 

      And lastly, the new box that I said I didn't need but they insisted on installing, has been mislabeled so now we have no idea which breaker operates what

Currently, we are still working with our local office to arrange a time to have a tech stop by and fix the issues that caused the city inspection to fail. We were able to stop by on November 24th to remove some debris that was left over from the solar installation.       I am rejecting this response because:as of 12-13-23, the debris still sits in the back. although i have been told that it will be removed by ********************** has just arrived to see if they have to  put gravel around the poles or under the whole system. that is one small step.

      i received an email from ******* last Friday stating that the terms of my reimbursement have changed. i received no notice of any changes, didn't sign any papers saying that I understood theses changes. Basically the email states that I will receive, by e-mail, the new terms and  an agreement between myself and sunergy, that all issues have been resolved, that I will remove the BBB complaint. And then I will be reimbursed. At their discretion.

      All issues have NOT been resolved. I am not signing anything. This actually sounds like a small threat. And no new outline was ever e-mailed.

      This is actually like buying a brand new truck at a dealership, being told that its going to save me alot of money. Only to sign the papers, and going out to drive said truck home, to find that it doesn't actually start because there isn't a motor. And then being told that I nought a truck, not the motor.

      if I'm not going to be reimbursed, then I'm not paying.

      On 9/25/23 as solar Sunergy sales person ************************* sold me a contract for solar panels to be applied to my mobile home. It was determined that panels could not be applied, and not allowed in our community and they misrepresented themselves as being authorized by FPL. I immediately contacted them and cancelled the contract within 24 hours (9/26/23). I spoke with "****" at Sunergy and he assured me my contract was cancelled. Today I see $150 was taken out of my bank account for payment of solar panel leased. No panels were every installed. I would like immediate refund and protection from future charges.

      Over a year ago Sunergy electricians caused a fire while working on our solar install. They were helpful and put us in a hotel because we had no power. But we are still awaiting reimbursement for fire damage and some appliances that were destroyed. We have called multiple times to no avail.

      Will not contact me. have left dozen messages, The job was suppose to be finished by now, had flunked inspection 3 times, they will not contact me to let me know what is happening , They have pulled out a loan with goodleap for the system they have had one problem after another, We have had contact problems from the getgo, It flunked inspection from the city the other day, I called and left messages for them they will not call me back.       was solicited for solar on my home. ***** rep explained how everything would work and that i would only be paying $180 a month. I am 80 years old and my daughter whom is my power of attorney advised i was not a candidate for solar due to old roof and home covered in trees and that after review of the contract my monthly payment would increase annually by 3% hence no savings as my home ins would also more than double if the panels were installed. she contacted the sale rep as well at Sunergy to disengage the contract was within the 10 days they give on the contract. no materials were delivered and no permits were pulled hence no expense on their end. i have been getting threatening calls from them advising they will put a lien on my home, again for what reason no action was taken and no products were installed on my home and contract was cancelled. again i am ************************************************************************* with a lien on my home needs to stop. They are unprofessional and unethical any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

      Back in late March of this year (2023) sunergy solar came by selling solar. We talked with them and they told us they would need to see if we were eligible. The sales person told us there was no liability in this and we could back out anytime with no penalty. He had us fill out an adobe sign saying this was just to see if we were eligible. It skipped anything for me to read and I was never sent the whole document to read. He never said it was a binding contract or anything. So I later cancelled before they did anything or started any installation. The sales person said ok and never mentioned any problems with stopping or cancelling. I never hear from them until august where I got a voice mail with no information. I notice in October there is a lien on my title to the home. Its sunergy with a lien on the house still. So I reach out to have them take it off and they not say Im in a contract. I was told the entire time I could back out without issue at anytime after we asked repeatedly. The sales person lied and tricked us into signing a contract without showing us the full contract and now they wont take the lien off unless we pay a large $6000 fee or be forced to install solar. Their manager even offered me money back to apologize for the salesman lying but wont less us get out the contract we unknowingly signed. Even though he admitted they had a salesman lie and not inform us of the cancellation fees. I would like to break out of this and end this with Sunergy Solar.
