      The project went well. My questions were answered in the beginning so I understand the rationale. After that, the execution was on schedule. The whole process went smoothly and with no hazzle. Now I am just excited about generating ************ that I consume.

      I highly recommend Sunergy for your solar energy needs! Ive had 14 solar panels installed and the whole process has been so fast and efficient. ***************************** is my Sunergy contact and he is great. Super responsive and informative. He sat down with me for nearly 2 hours making sure I understood every step from getting the loan to the panel installation. Heres to saving money and using renewable energy!!

      I have had the worst experience ever with this company! I will never recommend them to anyone! I signed up to have my roof and solar completed in June of 2022 we are now in June of 2023 and my solar is still incomplete. I have called and e-mail every department in this company and there is never a resolution. Each department has the same the line "that its not there department" and just being transferred around with no help. When someone does finally call you back you have to repeat the whole story all over again just for them to tell me, they will call me back with an update which in return I have waited weeks. I am still waiting for an update up to now! I want to a credit to my account for the amount of time and lack of customer service. I am now expected to pay back for a loan for a product that isn't even completed or usable! Product is supposed to be an energy saver and my FPL bill has escalated since new roof and solar that has yet to be completed! Per the City of Sunrise this company has failed multiple inspections over and over again they are clearly lacking proper engineers. This has been a nightmare and I am beyond disappointed with this company. I have reached out to them multiple times seeking a completion date. I want a significant credit applied to my loan! I have multiple emails, text, and calls that haven been submitted to company they need to take accountability for there lack of competency!

      Sunergy Scam! Help please! Sunergy people came knocking on my door and I was open to hearing what they were offering. I need a new roof and they were offering very attractive financing and it looked good. However, I signed some papers on the spot to get financing options and they say that they are locking me into a contract and won't let me out. I told them that I need a week-long extension to make a decision and they gave it to me. I needed one more week of an extension and they were very rudely pressuring me into making a decision. I asked them if they could itemize how much of the contract was the roof and how much was the solar and they told me they couldn't do that. That is a big red flag. The salesman was extremely pushy and rude and when I called the company, they told me that in order to get out of my stupid contract that I signed to apply for financing, that I would have to pay a 10% penalty. I was only involved with this "contract" for 10 days. The salesman was extremely rude. I eventually called the financing company and got out of it. I have chosen a different company for my roof and solar who are not pushy, who have clearly itemized the roof and solar, and are providing me a much better setup for a fraction of the cost of Sunergy. I'm so grateful my involvement with them ended there.
