  Initial meeting with a sales rep seemed promising. However, after thinking on it some, we decided to cancel our contract before the 3 business days were up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, no one has responded. We've taken every measure to uphold proper cancellation procedure on our end, but it is very frustrating to receive silence on their end. It feels like they are trying to wait out the 3 business days in an attempt to keep us in the contract. We are not at all impressed with the professionalism of this company.

  The business requested that we cancel or edit our review since our original complaint was resolved: We were able to cancel our contract (or application, as it was referred to) within the three day window after sending a letter to their physical office in *******. The agent on the phone who explained the process stated that our letter would need to be received before the end of the 3rd business day, when our contract stated that the letter must be postmarked by the end of the 3rd business day. The agent on the phone amended their statement once the language of the contract had been pointed out. Our letter was postmarked on time and our contract was canceled.

  I had ad my solar panel in stalled July 2022, the town of Sebastian, FL had an inspection August 2022.
  The inspector questioned the rails they use to install solar panels. He needed a letter from the company engineers to explain why they used that type of rails.
  I called Sunergy Solar LLC serval times to complain. It took EIGHT months to get back to the town inspector.
  Finally in May 2023 he system is working TEN months later.
  They have been billing me since September 2022, plus paying Florida Light and Power.
  Now I can check my generation on Empase, I can see what I production, but not the consumption. It will be an extra cost to get consumption meter.
  My parents also has Empase they can see the production and consumption.

  Since the beginning with *********************, it was a great experience with sunergy solar . *** was very professional and informative, he really knows his stuff. From there he has been involved every step of the way even though his job was done . Installers were professional and a pleasure and again were informative. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in solar power. Just remember to ask for *** .

  The whole process was great. From being introduced to the solar panel idea by *************************, who is not only sweet and easy to talk to, but is also just a cutie, to the contract negotiator who explained everything in great detail and made it understandable, to the installation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable of their service! It has been a very pleasurable and effortless process.

  The whole process was way beyond my expectation. ****** was really good. He explained everything to me, so I understood the whole process I think take less than two months which doesnt normally happen. I am very happy with my solar system. It looks beautiful on ******* and my neighbors are not jealous, but this company definitely deserves a six star and they stay in touch with you all the way.they did go above and beyond. I am extremely happy go sunergy energy.

  I want to thank both James (technician) and Ed (supervisor) from Sunergy for the support they provided to my husband and I with our solar system. James worked a miracle diagnosing our issue and was able to get our system back on line in 2.5 hours. Additionally, Ed was very patient with a distraught customer and did everything in his power in order to make sure we were taken care of. His follow up on the same day to ensure everything was going well was very much appreciated. I have not seen this five-star level of service from a company in a very long time. If I could give them more starts I would. Thank you James and Ed again for taking care of us.

Also that the 2 young men who initially approached us, ****** and ******* represented Sunergy with a high degree of professionalism. ******* took time from his busy schedule to come to our home to discuss, listen and commit to answer items we had questions about the whole process.   I am so grateful for ******************* and *************************** for stopping by and helping me out with my solar system. I was completely ignorant on how it worked, and am excited to see my savings with solar!I'm going on Tuesday to file my taxes and get a $12,000 tax credit for going solar! I am so excited.
