      Scheduling was a pain bc it took nearly 2 weeks to hear back about a service date after paying the fee. But all in all, they did get me scheduled, the service crew was great, on time and got everything fixed in a couple hours.

      ******* was excellent! Couldn't have requested a more model employee. Very polite, very engaging and knowledgeable. Willing to go the extra mile. Very pleased. The previous company was a nightmare. Thank you Zeo for making me not feel like spending the money on this very expensive protect was not a mistake.

      I have sent numerous email regarding installation of the electrical part of the solar panels and can not get a answer from anyone. We had to pay out of pocket for local electrician to fix some electrical parts or we were going to be out of electricity for 7 plus days. Solar electrician did not have parts and according to solar electrician it was unsafe and all electricity had to be shut off until he returned. Solar electrician said he would not be back before 7 days. Therefore, so that we wouldn't be in the dark for 7 plus days we called a local electrician. We were out of electricity for approximately 32 hours before local electrician came.

      They were on time and very nice. They explained everything they were going to do and explained where everything was. They completed their work very quickly & efficiently. I would recommend to anyone.

      My solar project required a main electrical panel upgrade before I could get my solar panels installed. The lead electrician, *** did a great job with all of his work. All of the electrical work was done very professionally. I needed some touch up drywall work inside around the newly installed main electrical panel upgrade.******* the drywall repair man showed up within the assigned time window and he did a great job. Everything was completed as expected. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He did a very professional job. I have my solar panel install in about a week. I am excited and anticipate the completion of this project will go well. I have, so far had a great experience with all the work completed by ZOEnergy and it's contractors they use for the work.

      We were amazed at how professional the installation team was when they installed our solar panels. ****** takes pride in the work that is done by his team and himself. He made sure everything was secure and installed properly. We are excited to see the savings with our new panels!

      Installation was completed during a cold, miserable, wet day. Hot chicken soup served at noon. Inspection resolved one minor issue and the system passed! Very professional employees and an excellent overall job from start to finish. Permits took some time from the city; , that wasn't a problem. We are very pleased with everything especially now that our energy bill has been reduced by $100. A big " thank you " to Sunergy Solig !
