      The door to door ******** was very convincing. Clearly as I decided that I would be helping environment, cutting my costs with the electric bill, and saving with some tax credits. When signing the contract the salesman conveniently skipped the page(on his computer)of the rising price of the bill leading me to believe that the initial payments were the only payments involved which in turn I saw the savings in having them. Once I saw the contract in writing I discovered that the bill will double after a few years. I'm now trying to get the tax credit for the year, only to discover the salesman failed to mention that if I leased it I would not qualify. Ultimately there isn't any savings when you lease it as far as I can see. I also realize that when I pass away my child will have a really hard time selling the house after reading other horror stories of how the lein is almost impossible to remove or transfer the ownership of the panels. Overall a horrible experience and others should be warned not to fall in the same trap I did. BUYER BEWARE

      Top notch crew of professionals that really know their stuff. I shopped for over 5 quotes and settled on zeo as the best deal with the best equipment. Panels were installed early and over two days I couldnt be happier. The install crew was respectful and left my property clean and tidy. Will recommend to all my family.Thanks guys!

      The solar panel, installers, ******* and ****** arrived when they said they would be here. They got right to work and six hours later I had solar panels installed on my roof.******* explained everything they were doing so I understood what was going on.Everything was picked up and put in the garbage before they left.A very good experience!

      ****** ******* I would like to offer my thanks for everything ****** did for me to get my panels working here in ********. Promptly returned all of my emails with progress reports etc and really felt as though she cared about my situation.I understand she had to go above and beyond what would be a normal situation.Worked for months with me to get my panels working. 1/3 of them were not installed correctly and the others were way less than efficient. Was paying Goodleap and my utility way more then my original electric bill and without ******* help, was moving towards the next stage to remove them. Cant say enough about the help. Kindness and patience ****** has. I tried dealing with other people prior with no results. She has mentioned that I should contact her with any other issues and I truely wouldnt want to deal with anyone else. Thank you ****** !

      Do not buy if you are financing and/or planning on moving. You will not be able to sell your home. There financing department is completely useless and I am having to escalate to legal help to sell my home because of the lien on my home due to the solar panels. Read my experience below: I have been trying to receive information about my solar panels as we are in the process of moving. I had a buyer for my property and we needed to transfer the solar panel lease. They never actually transferred the lease and we lost our buyers because of this. I have been trying to get information about buying out the solar panels and canceling the solar panels and having them removed for 3 weeks. No one will give me estimates of how much each of these transactions will cost. They make it impossible to transfer the lease, buyout the lease, or terminate the lease, and I can not sell my home because of this. I was told upon purchasing the solar panels that transfer was easy between home buyers. This is not the case. I keep being told my requests are being escalated but nothing is happening. I can't even get an estimate about how much I owe on my solar panels. I also can not talk to management or a supervisor.
